Andrew came within a few hours of my call to them. My air conditioning was not working properly. He diagnosed the issues and determined I needed a new unit. While here I asked him to look at my furnace also as it it older and has given me a few problems this past winter. We discussed the problems and decided it was best to change both units out at this time. He spent a lot of time explaining the cost and cost effectiveness of different units. He helped me with financing it so it will work best for me. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable about his job.I would Recommend him to anyone. The picture is my room temp when he came out, will post another once it’s installed.

Our air conditioning system was not working properly and Reimer sent technician Andrew Westpfahl out to our home to diagnose the issue. After looking everything over, he did a great job in explaining the situation and all our options to resolve the problem. My wife and I decided to go with a brand new furnace and A/C system for peace of mind and Andrew went above and beyond to get us set up. The following morning they sent an installation crew (Gavin Zaczek and Tyler Barnes) out to begin the job. These guys did a fantastic job of installing the new A/C system, furnace, and digital thermostat. They also did such a good job cleaning up, that you wouldn’t even know an installation took place. These technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Reimer - hands down, the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be!
Reimer always comes out when called and conducts a thorough assessment of the equipment. Adam was our tech today. He was very helpful explaining our system and future upgrades.

My technician, Nestor Barbosa, arrived when expected, is very personable, and more importantly, very knowledgeable about his trade. Nestor seems to have an above average work ethic, which I respect, and works very efficiently. He appears to be self-motivated and cares about his job as a reflection of himself. Marty arrived on time , was professional and very knowledgeable. Marty was able to quickly determine it was not a stack issue but a drain issue. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable!
Chris was an amazing guy! Helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable. He was great with our dogs and respectful of my home. If I had cash, I would have given him a tip! I would recommend for anyone, but especially for people needing the sense of security/ empathy.
Called Reimer for water tank issues, Marty showed up put me at ease and set me up we a new system. Highly recommended! Chris finished the installation and I’m very happy with the service and the professionalism. Highly recommended!
Big thanks to the technician Chris Schneider for his professionalism at all hours of the day and night. Chris has been to my house several times (tankless install and other service) and always explains every issue clearly, showing me both the source of the issue and explaining the resolution.
I use Reimer for my HVAC and plumbing needs. I recently asked them to come out to check a couple things on the new air conditioner that they installed a few months ago. George tested the system and found one item that needed to be adjusted. After making the adjustment he retested the system to confirm that the system was operating properly, which it now is. A new "smart" thermostat was installed when the furnace and air conditioner were installed so he also took the time to verify that it was set to the proper comfort levels and to explain some of the newer features, which are quite different from what our old system was able to do. Like the other Reimer technicians who have been to our house, George was very professional, helpful, and thorough.
Rimer sent out John Hammill to provide an estimate for a mini split AC system, John was amazing, he was informative, address any concerns, and was respectful of our home. I received 4 other estimates before going with Reimer and they were by far the best price. I look forward to our installation going as snoothly
Marty is great! Very personable. Explained everything clearly including options. Evan and Nick did the installation. Very professional, very patient (we have an older home). I highly recommend Reimer.
Andrew and James came out for a furnace inspection and went over everything in great detail. Highly recommend them.
Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained the options we had available for a replacement hot water tank. Also, he was explaining the work that would be done and the benefits to becoming members. Todd and Sam were very professional, courteous, and helpful with the installation of our new tankless hot water tank. They answered all our questions and accommodated a request we had. I would absolutely recommend Reimer for any heating/cooling, or plumbing needs!
This was first time we’ve called Reimer HV/AC and we would def call them again. We had a problem with a very old minisplit AC unit. The tech Scott S was very prompt and professional and explained the problem clearly - he was able to get it working and advised us how to use the unit more efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any other problems and also plan to call them when we replace this unit. Scheduling an appointment was also very easy and we were notified who was coming and when they would be expected. Very good experience.
I would HIGHLY recommend Reimer. We have always had a great experience with them. They are on time, helpful, happy, and hard working. We’re had nothing but good service!
Andrew & James were very professional & thorough as well as being very nice guys. James explained completely, in language I understood, what was wrong with my air conditioner & my options for repair or replacement. I will Definitely ask for his services again
Just finished an appointment with Andrew and James, my ac unit is 17 yrs old, they reviewed all the numbers, problems and explained all my options, very knowledgeable and thorough, have been with Reimer for years, they’ve replaced my furnace and hot water tank, always very pleased
