We could not have been more pleased with your employee Thomas Olson who came out to our house today. He came out to fix our faucet and ended up also replacing our sump pump. He was more than thorough explaining everything to us and making sure everything was fixed to perfection. He is certainly an asset to Roy's! Great service, had a family party on Sunday July 2nd and they were able to get my sewer line unclogged in no time. I’m thankful they fit me in on such late notice and allowed us to salvage a family reunion at our house.
Although I recently bought my house with a home inspection, I wanted a more thorough assessment of any unknown issues. Steve Martin came to my house and first answered all my questions that were raised during the home inspection. He then performed a thorough inspection of the heating and air conditioning systems. He presented the results with basic, better and best repair scenarios. We prioritized the most pertinent and time-sensitive repairs and I purchased the contract. I feel much more knowledgeable about my systems and I feel relaxed knowing Roy's (and Steve who was amazing) is just a call away.
Steve Martin was my technician today. He was totally personable, professional, and concerned of my needs without adding any pressure for me to upgrade some things. And he also disposed of a mouse that was in my air conditioner. Roy’s should share they’re hiring practice with other companies if Steve is a sample of who Roy’s hires.

As a female, I have not always had the greatest experience with repair people - this has not been the case with Roy's. We've used Roy's for electrical, plumbing and heating. They've always been extremely courteous, prompt and thorough. We had them install recessed lights in our upstairs hallway and bedrooms, 17 in total including adding dimmer switches. They completed the job in less than one day! They do our furnace checks, replaced our water heater to a tankless water heater and installed our toilet and faucet in the guest bathroom. All done quickly and expertly. We recently had a leak in our kitchen ceiling due to the bathroom shower upstairs. Jeff and Nick were able to come the same day and investigate to find the issue. They recommended a few options and explained the risks for each. Before they left, they were able to schedule our next appointment. I would highly recommend them if you want the job done right! Plus it's woman owned and a local business.
Total professionals! Guys were on time and knocked out a tank less conversion in less than expected. Even had a hiccup which was repaired before the installation was finished. Highly recommend!

I had maintenance on my tankless water heater done. Jeff did an outstanding job. While he was he he also removed a clog from my bathroom sink and leveled my washing machine. He found a faucet to my washing machine was corroded and we scheduled a time for him to come back to fix that as well as to do a plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was a true lifesaver!!
Very grateful for all of the hard work to open my drain pipe. The plumber left things in better condition than when they arrived. I’m happy I can use my kitchen sink again!
The best way for me to describe the service I received is disappointed. I had high hopes, from all the positive comments, that this company would do a great job installing my toilets but it did not turn out very well at all. I purchased 2 Toto toilets at a cost of over $1000.00. I called Roy's to have these 2 toilets installed. When the technician left, one toilet was installed properly and the other one was NOT. I was charged $700 to install 2 toilets and only one was left done correctly. The technician appeared to be knowledgeable but his options to correct the situation were poor at best. He said the floor was not level enough to make the toilet level and that I had 2 options. He could remove the new toilet and put the old one back in place OR he could call in their "design team" to correct the floor. Neither of these options was acceptable to me and I certainly didn't want to throw good money after bad so I declined their "options". I have since called in another service who will be able to correct what needed to be done in the first place at a minimal cost. No "design team" was needed and I was told that the problem was easily solved. SO, for $700 I got one toilet installed properly and one that leans to one side. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. I never questioned their $700 installation charge and I paid my bill promptly but I feel as if I was overcharged for a less than stellar job. Under these circumstances I would NOT recommend this service to others.
Had Jason use camera to check my sewer line for damage. He was polite, Professional, shared his findings with me and I felt I was in the best hands possible. Was introduced to two of your employees in a week, Taylor and Jason and both are great assets to your company. Ty, Jason for all your assistance and explanations on my sewer situation. You explained in detailed my options and appreciate your honesty and professionalism.

Roy’s recently fixed a plumbing issue for me and I felt great about it knowing it would be done right. I use Roy’s for heating and cooling, plumbing and maybe soon -electric. They are always professional and do a great job!
Excellent work the workers were very nice, the job was done right the guys cleaned up their mess very well. I used them twice two different set of workers, me and my Husband were very well pleased. Thanks again Roy's plumbing, I will use you again if we have to.
Jeff was terrific! I had two plumbing issues going on and they were both fixed promptly. Respectful, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend with no reservation! He took two problems away😊
We purchased our home in East Amherst and planned to move in, at the beginning. We came up (from our current home in Texas) to do a few minor tasks and upon opening the front door, was horrified at the sight of water coming down from, what was left of the ceiling. Unbeknownst to us, we had an ongoing leak that started in the master bath. It flooded the master bedroom area, down through the main floor living areas, and into the finished basement. We were already scheduling our move-in date and it was firm. Roy’s jumped into action, and got the rebuild done… with plenty of time to spare. From demo to final touches on painting and fixtures and everything in between. We needed new HVAC, water heater, the whole nine. Roy’s delivered. And, we were able to direct most of this was done from out of state! The TEAM at Roy’s is nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend them and will only use them for any of our home improvement needs, going forward. If we could, we’d give them more than five stars!

Would not give estimate over the phone. Charged 30 dollars for diagnostics which consisted of running water. Determined the main was plugged. Which I told them. Then wanted to charge 515 plus tax to clear the line. Found another company.
