Great people! I highly recommend.
I had a really bad experience with this company. Even though, they've responded quickly and the technician has spent several hours trying to "fix" my AC issue, the problem reoccurred the the next day. I had to call another company which has actually fixed the issue for less. I would not recommend WOLF mechanical services to anyone

A year ago we got a new AC and used Wolf mechanical. They were prompt, affordable and effiecient. This year we wanted to see if something could be done for a distant upstairs room to be heated and cooled better. They fixed us up promptly with a solution that’s working great. Thank you

We hired this company to instal a gas line for a new gas stove and once installed it was 6inches out from the wall and four inches out from the cabinets. This made the cabinets and drawers not openable and also pushed the stove out into my kitchen not under the range hood. We asked them to fix this and they sent a different gentleman who was able to properly instal. We paid the $380 bill for the install and parts and now they are saying we owe a second bill. We do not think this is right as the first installation was not safe or practical. Elizabeth advised us that that is for extra material. My thoughts if it was done right the first time extra material would have not been needed. I reached out to who I thought was the owner and was advised right away the company was sold. I have emailed and put a complaint in on the website with no return message or call. Do not recommend them.

Very knowledgeable service technicians, I had some preventive maintenance done on my furnace, Wolf mechanical was quick to respond to my needs, especially during these times, covid-19, employee shortage, shipping problems, etc. Cade the service techician was very professional and knowledgable in his line of work. Don't get your family stuck in the cold Rochester weather, give Wolf a call, use local businesses
Called over the weekend because I had a slow leak in my hot water heater tank and they were at my home first thing Monday morning! Was super easy and affordable! Thank you to Angela for all your help! You’re the best! And thank you to all the guys that came out to perform the work!

Our church experienced a really bad water pipe compounded with boiler issues. Wolfe was recommended by a friend. They came out very quickly, and once they started working on the system they didn't stop until everything was correct. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. We just had our NYS Boiler Inspection and the inspector was surprised at how a unit that old was in such great and tip top shape. Many thanks to the guys at Wolfe Mechanical for the work they did.

Our furnace was short cycling left and right and it was more than I can handle and fix on my own. Jay came out and worked on that sucker checking every sensor looking for a solution. Easily could have sold us a new furnace but instead told us that the ducts in our old house were just too small. We could change all the parts or install a new furnace and we would just run into the same problem. I’m impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and transparency of Jay and Wolf Mechanical team. 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to having them address our duct issue and service all our HVAC needs in the future.
They quickly replaced my furnace last year when it started belching fire (don't ask)! After that great experience, I didn't hesitate to call when my hot water heater started leaking everywhere this weekend! He offered to come do it Sunday night on OT but I decided on first thing Monday morning instead! The company is super responsive, always has someone on call, they're professional and courteous and the mechanic today even offered to help clean up afterwards! Everything is so greatly appreciated!

Huge thank you to Tom and Vinny! My tenants called yesterday to report that their hot water heater was on the fritz, and the guys from Wolf were able to find the issue and fix it by the very next morning. My renters and I appreciate the promptness and reliability - would recommend their services to anyone in the greater Rochester area.
