Quick and professional response on a Friday afternoon. Great customer service!
Customer service and friendliness: 10/10 — The reality is I made this appointment for a furnace service/cleaning after a severe roof leak, explained everything in full (including that it was an electric unit AND I sent pictures of the unit and model tag BEFORE the appointment) and the technician showed up and didn’t do a thing but take the cover off and say he couldn’t do anything, including clean/service it. Didn’t offer to repair anything that might be water damaged (insulation) or replace ducts etc. We were charged for the full service (with a promotional discount) to have someone come and do nothing. 100 dollars not-well-spent. Again, great guy, very friendly, complete waste of time. Disappointment is an understatement. Was also told we’d have a detailed receipt/report within a day and that also hasn’t happened.
Our AC went out after business hours. They had a tech here within 30 minutes, and our AC was fixed 30 minutes later! Very pleasant to work with and the tech was great! Thanks so much!
Josh is friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions while cleaning my air conditioner. Great company to do business with!

When our a/c unit quit working we contacted them and they were so responsive!! From the moment we made initial contact until the install was complete we could not ask for a better experience!!! We are 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend them in the future !! I’m so glad we decided to use this company!! I just wish I could give more than 5 stars everyone we came in contact with definitely is worth more than 5 stars!

Seriously I use D’Angelos for all my plumbing problems as well as HVAC stuff. The customer service is top notch and the sevice guys are friendly and go above and beyond. I’m always surprised at the level of professionalism and knowledge they have. Great job!

I reported a beeping type noise coming from cold air vent when air conditioner was running. Bill was here for almost 1 hr, noise couldn’t be heard. He did change my AprilAire filter became it was due and thought maybe noise was coming from that. Bill was professional, and tried to answer all my questions.
Kevin and Blake replaced our old gas furnace with a new 80,000 BTU Amana. Excellent workmanship and our sincere thanks for making the project go so well. A great company to deal with!

This was an annual A/C checkup. Received notice Mike was on the way, which I always appreciate. He was friendly and professional, took his time, told me what he'd done and why (including cleaning out the base of the outdoor unit to prevent rusting), and gave a couple of tips to keep things running smoothly. I've used D'Angelo's for years on small and large projects (they installed the A/C), and it's because this is the experience I can count on.
Mike was timely and thorough for my annual a/c check. He explained the needed maintenance. Always professional. I highly recommend!
