Some of the best employees money can buy. Great team just terrible owners . Dont be fooled by smiles and promises u might not receive. They say no diagnostic prices ever. There just built into the part ur buying. May think ur saving but paying the same as issac or more. Don't be fooled
Our AC was broken and they got us prioritized to get replacement in less than a week. Install Technician - Josh did a really great job and took the time after the job was complete to walk us through every aspect of the new system. I will definitely use these guys going forward.

Arrived on time and were very polite. They working steadily until my new furnace and heat pump was installed and working. A very nice and clean installation.
Tom was the best. Timely to get here and provide an estimate on running a gas line outside for my grill. He made an efforst to get here the Friday before Memorial Day so we had the grill to use. The job was done quick and with detail with his crew. Thanks AirServ!

For 3 days now, They have said they would get someone out to check out the bad smell when the furnace fires up. Haven't seen anyone yet at 6:30pm on the 3rd day
The techs that installed my new A/C unit, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Also they left the work site cleaner than it was before they did the job. Installed new heat pump water heater. Very professional. The two men really knew their job and were very careful not to damage anything.
Installed backup generator. Their installation was almost half of the estimate of another installer AND a much simpler, better solution. This points to their high level of experience and expertise. Team was extremely courteous and took the time to keep me abreast of the progress the installation.
I used to think that they were fabulous. Not anymore. I signed up for their service plan. It included a check of the AC and of the furnace annually. This year the furnace check was delayed. Nevertheless, when it was done, my furnace passed with flying colors. One week to the day, the furnace died. Air Serv came out in charged me an additional $114 to look at the furnace when they were just there a week ago. The estimate for a new furnace was almost DOUBLE of any other estimate I received from three local companies. The price for the exact same furnace was almost $6000 from air serve. I had it installed for $3300. I am very disgruntled with Air Serv now and will never use them again. Please be aware.

This was my 1st time using Aire Serv. I was looking for a new vendor to perform routine heating maintenance on my furnaces. I decided to give Aire Serv a shot after receiving a flyer in the mail and reading their online reviews. I could not have made a better decision. Bill, my Aire Serv tech, showed up and did an outstanding job. He inspected, cleaned, adjusted the furnaces, ensured they were running to spec, and checked for CO2 emissions. It was great! I will definitely have them back to do my next scheduled maintenance.
