I have a ductless system installed via Yost and Campbell attempted to put on cool to no avail I followed instructions over and over During this oppresive heat no cooling provided in my home Today I was assigned qualified technician Ariel Not only did he trouble shoot and find issue preventing cool system to turn on but he also demonstrated other important information re managing this HVAC system He was first qualified individual who had my system up and running 🏃♀️ in little over an hour Ariel demonstrated patience professionalism and overall knowledge re the compressor and 3 units in front of him I’ve experienced extreme mental and physical exhaustion as result of no cool air I’m an RN of 40 years worked with many professionals doctors nurses anesthesiologist and Ariel in my humble opinion is worth a million dollars to public he services plus to Yost and Campbell How fortunate this company had where with all to hire such an extremely calm and knowledgeable individual to work for their team In this case it doesn’t take a village for a favorable outcome Ariel is the ticket was ultra favorable Thank You Ariel Perez You are awesome Ana Diaz RN

Ricardo came out to look at my A/C and boiler and he was excellent. Really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable guy. It was my first experience with Y&C and I plan on using them again as a result of my experience with Ricardo
I have used Yost & Campbell for a long time and the professionalism of everyone I deal with always impresses me. From the people who answer the phone, to technicians (like Juan) and to people who give estimates on repairs and replacements (like Omar), everyone is informative and respectful.
Yost & Campbell provided competitive proposals on two system replacements: air conditioning and a gas-fired steam boiler. Our salesman is very knowledgable about the products and with the help of an expert colleague gave us important information during the quotation for the boiler, that our ‘head’ piping - the pipes that connect the boiler to the radiator system was incorrect and potentially unsafe. He explained why copper pipe and solder welds could give way and lead to a dangerous escape or explosion of steam. The installed boiler is a case study of how to construct a steam boiler; the piping schematic closely follows applicable codes. In both instances I did spend a bit of time at the outset to ensure that the jobs were adequately supervised (supervisor not on site).
Good guy, thorough, helpful, and agreed Yost should remind customers to buy filters before the visit
Tech was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and helpful. I have a “older” whole house emergency generator that needs the TLC that any liquid-cooled gas engine that’s 18 years old needs.Both my tech and Y&C have always been attentive and responsive.
Juan Miguel Rivas did any excellent job. He is very professional and left my basement in a clean & orderly condition.
Stephen arrived on time and was thorough and courteous in setting up our new HVAC unit. Thank you.
1/8/23 - This is additional information we want to post on the men who installed our system. Sony Arias (Consultant) Brian Tompson (Electrician), Luis Paulino (Installer) and Idelson Javier (Installer) were at our property for the Installation of the Ductless Mini-Split Equipment. So satisfied. Above and beyond service by all . ==================================================== 1/6/23 Extremely satisfied with Yost & Campbell’ s professional service in installing our ductless AC and heating unit. We saw your ad on TV and were impressed with your company. Also, we want to complement Sony, Louis Taelino, Brian and the third man who were excellent in the installation from beginning to end. We will definately recommend your company to our friends and family.
Great experience.They were on time, neat and professional.. I had an issue for years with one of the ducts and the other company kept telling me everything was fine. After he replaced my system I asked the guy to please check the ducts and he went back up in the attic and took the time to find the problem and fixed it. It finally working properly..I highly recommend Yost & Campbell.

I have used Yost and Campbell for over 20 years! They have helped me through many heating and a/c emergencies.
They came to fix my boiler. First they call me to give the price for it which was the price for one hour to two hours. The technician only took a little be more than half hour. I did sign on the technician’ phone a invoice for one hour. I did call to request the invoice. When I checked I found out that they charged 2 hours then I called back to complain about the over charged. The guy that I was dealing with which I don’t want to say the name for not compromise his work it self, put me on hold to discuss this matter and when he got back he said that he would give a credit which was not done. So, when I called back to confirm the refund he said he would email the credit card company and get back to me. So, he never called me and, today, 06/22/23, he emailed me saying that after speak to his management, he wouldn’t refund me for the hour because the technician stay in the job for one hour and fifteen minutes. In my house he stayed A little more than 1/2 hour but, he stoped his van on crossed street and stay the rest of the that he is charging me. Beside this matter, Yost and Campbell is a good company and professional mechanics but because of this experience, I was really disappointed.
Omar took the time to explain how the system works. He located the problem, was courteous and such a pleasure to deal with.

A Company that prides in caring for families. How the company grew from these moral values. Our experience with Yost & Campbell far exceeds the expectations we had. In a world of today. When calling Yost & Campbell be pleasantly surprised. How they are heads and shoulders above the industry standards. Why? Extremely professional team worked in my home. They payed attention to detail and didn't give me a sloppy rush job. I never got the feeling from these men that they didn't take pride in their work and in my satisfaction with the project.
I still think of the technicians working in my attic at over 120F. A big thank you to them. The technicians installing my new air conditioning system were both professional and nice people. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

I was initially very impressed with the company for sending a photo and info about the technician that would be arriving in a short time. Randy was polite, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered my many questions patiently and was very informative.
