Our AC was not function and the repairman found out that the electrical circuit had not been plug in at the outdoor circuit. Thank him for putting us back in service.
I have used these guys for 7 or 8 years after responding to an ad in a Val-Pak mailer. The technicians who come to the house are always polite and professional, but most importantly they are thorough. When I was a new homeowner I asked a TON of questions about how my system worked and the gentleman answered every single one, essentially giving me a HVAC 101 course. And he didn’t mind while I hovered over him to see what he was actually doing. In one instance he gave me some input that led to my tackling a project myself vs. paying a vendor (i.e., them) and saved myself thousands of dollars. And it made me more loyal. I have an annual subscription for my central HVAC system where the guys come in once in the fall and once in the spring. They’re on time. They are patient and they take their time to do their work thoroughly. Because of the regular maintenance I have not had significant issues during the remainder of the year. Once I had a slight dispute with the guys in the office about over-charging something, but ultimately they relented and they seem to have gotten what was once shaky customer service solved.
Innovative went above and beyond other HVAC companies to service and address my air-conditioning needs. Others ignored my needs, but IAS took the time to build a long lasting relationship.
Julio and Gary are excellent and an asset to the company.

The team that came to my house were all professional. They treated my home like theirs, The workmanship was top quality and they cleaned up after they finished. They kept me updated on progress and was always available for questions. Great company.!
Having used another company for a large air source heat pump installation and having a negative experience at the end, I was very cognizant to do even more research when replacing my expired life hot water heater with a heat pump hot water heater. I chose one of the few BPI certified installers, Innovative Air, which translated into expert level technicians. Bryan Smith, Paul Semenza, and the rest of the team responded promptly to my emails and phone calls and performed the change over seamlessly providing clear details on cost, handling permitting and approvals, and made sure the work site was clear of debris and I knew how to operate the hot water heater. When an old plumbing valve (not their install) was leaking they promptly sent someone the next day to repair. I would recommend them with high regard for any an all HVAC and heat pump needs.
Great experience throughout. Appointment made quickly, the technician arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly fixed our problem and was gone in 20 minutes!

Staff are competent, cheerful and committed to doing the job right. Innovative Air has a standard of quality service that is consistent across the techs who have serviced our A/C systems. Gary and Lorenzo are good examples.
Everything was great. We are new customers and although the technician got 5-stars for everything (on time, thorough, professional, competent) we are withholding one star until we have another contact because the 5th star is for company consistency. Did we just get lucky or are all of their employees as good? Very happy, planning to continue and investigate more services with this company. Will update to 5 stars after knowing them better.
