My furnace had to be replaced. I was informed by Kool Energy that I had a lifetime warranty on the furnace. Whew, that saved me $2K. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. Constant communication on arrival time. Furnace installed is more energy efficient. Everything was brought up to code according to Westchester, NY. I will definitely use Kool Energy Technology again.
