Since 2013, we've utilized Easy Heating And Cooling company for our annual maintenance crew. They put in heaters and air conditioners that preserve the structure of our bungalow, which was built in 1908, and keep us comfortable. For both personal and business situations, we heartily recommend them. The firm has provided personalized, quick, and expert service in all areas.
Our technician Mike was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A previous company said we should think about replacing one of our units in our home ASAP. When in actually, it was just a few minor problems, that I'm not convinced the other didn't company create so that we would think there were bigger problems. Mike was honest and quick in servicing these minor problems. We appreciated the honesty in what was really needed. Thank again Mike!
Initiated a maintenance contract. Visited promptly, adjusted filter compartment to ensure a better fit and cleaned out drainage line that was almost clogged. Great customer service and very professional. Joe was great and Highly recommend!
