Great company, came fast for my emergency. I highly recommend them.
Technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. Explained the services, cost, and what the work would accomplish. I am confident in their work and feel their prices are fair.
They send to our home unprofessional guy name Juan Carlos. He even doesn't know how to open the unit. He did very rough job. He made extra hole on the wall. He took an hour to look for a tool in his van. I will never recommend this guy. The company shouldn't hired lazy, unprofessional people who doesn't know anything and provide poor quality job and going to charge you extra.
Called for emergency service tonight because I have no heat in my home. The woman that answered asked me if I’m sure its an emergency. As if we’re not in WINTER season and its cold outside. Proceeded to give my info when she hung up on me. Tread lightly with this place in case of an emergency.
A wonderful experience from all points of contact at All Hours Energy. From Cammi on the phone for scheduling (she was kind, patient, and efficient), to Paul A who came out to do the service. Paul took the time to answer all of our detailed questions about the service with both knowledge and clarity. His approach was comprehensive, as he listened to our needs and took action based on a joint understanding. We will absolute use this company again for future service needs. Thank you!
After our heat broke on Christmas morning we were so happy to find All Hours Energy to come to our rescue. Paul Adams responded right away and arrived first thing, he was extremely kind & professional and spent all day making sure the heat was in a good place. He went above and beyond even inputting parts to our system to ensure the issue didn't happen again. We will 100% be using All Hours Energy with any Heating or AC issues we have in the future and would highly recommend them to our neighbors.
My experience over many years with All Hours has been great. They are very pleasant to deal with on a personal level and the engineers they send for installation and repairs are knowledgeable and talented. Over the years they've been very fair with me attempting to provide the best service at a fair price.
A tech came to my house turned of my security cameras stole my watch I called them because my heating system wasn’t turning on after the tech left my heat is still not working they want give me a refund or come to fix my heat please be careful using all hour energy for him to un plug my camera leave with my heating system still not working and tell me “ I don’t know how to fix it “ and still want to be paid is my blowing please call the professionals and not these crooks that stole my money for the repairs that weren’t repaired and my watch I will be making a police report !
Juan was AMAZING at diagnosing a lingering problem I had that several other HVAC techs could not resolve. Cammie in the office has been a sweetheart and very accomodating. Glad Trane referred me to this company, plan to do alot more biz with them in the future. THANK YOU!
New Central Air install went well Price was competitive. Got 5 estimates. They were right in the middle. Jon gave the estimate. The office is easy to deal with The technicians were super nice guys who cleaned everything up and worked hard. Edgar should have a cocktail as he was in the attic for the day We decided on using Trane Equipment based on their recommendations as well as researching on our own So far so good

Paul arrived for an emergency call and performed an excellent job repairing my air conditioner. He was pleasant, experienced, informed, and helpful with my questions and concerns. The system is working better than it has in a few years. The answering service is accommodating and quick with responses. The office staff is also professional, polite, and attentive to the problem described. I recommend this company 100%
I called for an appointment,repair man showed up on time.he wasvery polite,knowledgeable and thorough. He photograpged all problem areas and notified boss.the office responded with a thorough and ,Patient,explanation on the needed work.The office ladies then made sure i received the invoice.
All Hours installed my air conditioning system four years ago. We've had some issues with the system which is not their fault but through it all they worked their butts off to fix it. The owner of the company provided important information concerning how to get reimbursement from the manufacturer which I was able to get. Finally, we had a problem with the system but their tech stayed on the job testing and retesting and they even sent another tech the next day who evaluated the system to learn that what he dreaded was the compressor turned out to be a valve. If All Hours hadn't wanted to be150% sure it would have been very expensive. Highly recommend.
Honestly the most unpleasant and unprofessional company I've dealt with. They charge for parts covered under warranty, charge more than 3 times the fair market prices, say you need a new furnace when you don't and enter your premises without prior consent. All this and they NEVER apologize or assume any culpability. Don't waste your money using them. ... In response to their response they not only 100% charged for a part covered under warranty -but they charged 300% more than highest price found on google search. They also NEVER confirmed with the owner that they were authorized to enter and perform service.

My AC failed during one of the hotter days in this year. Scheduling: I called and one of their techs was available to come by the next day. The tech arrived an hour earlier than anticipated, which was fine since I was working from home and appreciated the AC over waiting. The service: my condenser was not working, but my air handling unit in the attic was running, so the tech didn't need to come inside the house to check on that. The tech replaced the capacitor, and the job lasted no more than 20 minutes. The price: there was a slight mark up on the capacitor, and i was charged for the full hour. But the work was done correctly and the part was available in his truck, so that's understandable.
The entire job was handled professionally; from beginning to end. Very neat installation. I would highly recommend.
My ac unit blew. They responded quickly and replaced the unit right away.
