Unreliable and less than truthful never returned to finish my repair calls go unanswered and messages not returned I can’t tell you how disappointed I am it’s run like an absentee business a complete waste of my time and worse my money!!!I spent over $1000.00 for a Freon and a dye test work never completed and I had to hire a new company to come and complete my repair and pay for more Freon and now you want to make amends ?!?

Able came to my home recently for an emergency call. From start to finish it was a 5 star service, from the person who took my original call to the guys that came. They were professional, educated, and did an amazing Job ! The servicemen were Ante and Nick, not only did they get the job done in a timely matter, I feel that they went above and beyond. Ante and his assistant nick came to my home to diagnose my AC unit not working. I called their support number and was picked up instantly by Ante himself I explained to Ante my issue he booked an appointment the next day. Ante snd Nick showed up on time and fixed the issue in short amount of time. A plus service A plus communication on the issue All around outstanding service I have used other HVAC contractors in the past but Able will be my go to HVAC contractor moving forward

Able came recommended by a friend of a friend, so I called to make an appointment for an estimate. They canceled the appointment by phone an hour beforehand. No problem. We rescheduled. They never showed up for the 2nd appointment, We rescheduled again. They never showed up for the third appointment. I ended up hiring a different company.

Wow Able Air saved my life. We’re stuck in the dog days of summer right now and my central air system all of the sudden decided to die on me. I have no knowledge on any of these things so the first thing I did was ask my neighbor for a recommendation and they gave me the number of able air. They responded quickly and were able to diagnose and repair my problems to fix my ac and give us our cold air back. Think the repair guy’s name was Ante but he was very professional and explained to me the process. Will definitely be using these guys again if problems arise and I will recommend them to anyone

My air conditioner was not working so I called Able Heating and Air services, the new owner Anthony showed up on a Friday night at 9 PM. He went through what was wrong and fixed the problem. He was also went through the unit in my home to make sure it was working up to par. His price was more then reasonable especially for an emergency call on a Friday night! He was a very professional in all aspects of his services and I would highly recommend that anyone who needs heating or air conditioning work to call this company!

Had a terrible experience with this sad excuse of a company. First spoke with Brian, the owner, who talks a good game over the phone, so I hired him to fix my grandmother's air conditioner, he went and checked it out, and gave me the determination on the cause, I paid the service call and diagnostic fee which was $400, I thought that was a big high considering he was only there for a half hour. But In Today's world I know costs to run a business are high and I shrugged it off. I paid it and he told me he had to order some kind of capacitor for the outside unit, it was special order and he didn't have it on him, so he would be back in 2 days, and it would cost $275. 2 days later, no show, no call, he doesn't respond when I call. The following day he calls me at 8pm saying his phone broke and he just got a replacement. Starting to get frustrated, I asked when we can expect this to get done, with weather getting hotter I cannot have my 87 year old grandmother. He says the next day. The next day comes and goes. No show, no call, No answer, AGAIN. The next day I'm at work and calling around for other companies to come in when I get a call from my grandmother, saying he showed out out of the blue, and was outside working on the unit and was yelling and cursing and hammering things, and kept asking to use her bathroom, acting erratic in general, which was scaring her. I call him, again no answer. So, i leave work to go over and make sure everything was going to be OK. It's only a 30 minute drive, and by the time I was there, he was gone. In the meantime he did install the new capacitor, and the ac was working. . But..he charged my grandmother, $1250 DOLLARS! Multiple times what we agreed upon, and I WAS THE ONE WHO HIRED HIM! yet he intimidated my elderly grandmother into paying a ridiculous bill that was almost 3x what it was agreed upon in my absence. He didn't even bother trying to hide it either, he left the outdoor unit a mess and the acces panel open. I Goog
