I have dealt with Sullivan for 9-1/2 years and have been very happy with their service. I had them replace my furnace and air conditioner when I retired. They have always been very thorough and caring in every detail. They do yearly checks and preventative maintenance on my equipment at a very affordable price. Their office people are very pleasant and helpful and easy to talk to and I like everyone that works for Sullivan and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them and I won’t go anywhere else.

When my furnace went out on me a few years ago I picked Sullivan's based on the great reviews I read and I can say they have definitely lived up to them. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. After the first year with my new furnace I got a text from Christine asking if I wanted my furnace serviced and I was so surprised to here from her. Ever since then I don't even worry about my furnace because I know when it's time for servicing I'll get a text message. Maria who is knowledgeable as well as professional and friendly is my technician that comes every year and is also the one who installed my furnace, so that's really nice that you get to know the people you are interacting with. Overall Sullivan's is a great company with great employees.

I've seen good and bad but they go above good. They are very respectful of your home and communicate everything with you from when they plan to arrive through every step of the work they perform. Great company and highly recommend them.
