Justin is an excellent system maintenance employee. The best representative of this company. I always request him to come to my home for maintenance. Friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions and makes informative suggestions. Could not ask for a better individual.
Rick from Capital heat came out to give us an estimate and fix our AC unit. He was very professional, always on time and answered any questions that I had.

Had them install 2 furnaces and 2 tankless hot water tanks about 5 years ago in our duplex. They did not clean up after themselves and left pipe cuttings/dust all over the floor. They also did not remove the old hot water tank that they agreed to remove prior to installing the new ones. Fast forward 5 years. We wanted the tankless hot water heaters delimed and flushed as they are expensive to replace. We were hesitant to call Capital Heat again, but figured they could flush the units they installed. The tech arrived and questioned me why there was no ports installed on the units to flush through. After about a 40min phone call with a manager, it was determined that THESE units didnt need to be flushed ( I had done my own research prior to contacting them and found from the manufacturer that they DO need to be flushed) which is not true. They just didnt install flush valves when they put in the water heaters. They charged me 149$ for doing nothing other than confirming what we already knew. After 2 bad experiences with this company, they are just not worth our business. It was poorly run 5 years ago and i see nothing has changed. LOOK ELSEWHERE UPDATE** They have since came back and made the changes that were neglected to begin with. I am going to leave this post up but know that after I made this post they contacted me and made it right.

January 2023 Update During the Christmas Blizzard 2022 when our power went out the Generac whole House generator failed. We were stranded and notified by a neighbor. I called for service in the new year because i figured they were busy. On January 4 Richard Jaszka came for the repair. He had us back up and running and was so apologetic for the issues (not his fault). We were grateful for him and Capital Heat. He suggested a snow fence that my husband immediately put around our Generac and he also did it for our neighbor. We used Capital Heat to install a Whole House Generator and it has been a long time since we found such OUTSTANDING customer service. The generator works great and both Phil and Rick took great care of us and we are very grateful. I would highly recommend them!
Christmas eve morning and furnace is not heating. Called cap heating, left msg with a receptionist, who logged my issue and said a tech will call you. 6 hrs later, the technician called (didn't get his name). I explained, he determined a solution and talked me thru it. I am thankful for the help at this inconvenient time. Saved my holiday. Extremely satisfied. Thanks again.
Capital Heat sent Clifford to our house the same day we had an issue with our furnace. Clifford was very professional and efficient at identifying the issue and providing a solution. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using Capital Heat in the future!

Capital Heat. installed my AC and Heat system and they maintain them I have had many different techs, tonight it was Mike Herpin. I have always been very happy with the techs and the service. The few times I have needed service their response was great. It’s good to have someone you can depend on, Thank You to all the techs and Capital Heat, you’re the best.
Outstanding service, my furnace was malfunctioning and capital heating came same day and serviced it. It was determined that the pressure switch and inducer fan were not working. They replaced the pressure switch and FIXED my inducer motor fan!!! That means they were not shady and try to sell me a new one, I would've never know. They saved me about $400. Thank you!!!

I don't know what kind of work they do but I do know that I will never use this company because they refuse to hire women regardless of the fact that they have the same training and certifications as the guys. So sad this day in age
I called them up to check my furnace because of a problem. Then the woman told me it was a $139.00 service charge just to walk in the door. ARE YOU PEOPLE CRAZY ? CHARGING THAT ? So I called up Horbett Heating to come over, their service charge was $89.00 Guess who I called? 3-19-21. UPDATED 1-27-22 TO THE OWNER, My response to your response. First of all, whoever the lady that answered the phone was ,that told me the charge was $139.00. She just said that was just TO WALK IN THE DOOR. That's why I called someone else. Your employee DID NOT explain to me what that charge covers, as you stated. If she explained that the charge covered what you said, I probably would have used you to fix or replace my furnace. I even said to her, THAT"S JUST TO WALK IN THE DOOR, and she said yes, SO I suggest next time someone calls you and your employee says that charge, make sure she tells the caller what's covered in that price. AS I said , she just told me that $139.00 charge was JUST TO WALK IN MY DOOR. With saying that to me you lost a furnace sale.
