alex the technician is top notch! company is great as well..
Showed up on time, was very professional. Explained all the issues and have multiple options with an itemized quote. Got the job done same day. Will be using Emerald for all heating and cooling needs going forward.
I’ve used Emerald for yrs,, my a/c and entire furnace died,, Emerald already knew the issue,, did everything to get here asap,, Mark was great and did an awesome job,, all fixed, just a pleasant experience and I pay for POM , peace of mind!
Alex came on time, explained everything to me, tuned my systems and cleaned up before leaving. A very professional, courteous man.
Had a great experience. The estimate was up front and quick. Price was reasonable. The three service techs did a total replacement of my furnace and added AC. They were courteous and respectful, cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
Emerald impressed me right-off-the-bat with their professionalism and etiquette. They do a fantastic job at assuring a person that they came to the right place and that their consideration is important to Emerald. Joe, the Comfort Specialist that came to our home to discuss replacing our old A/C unit, was polite, professional, thorough, and informative. He never seemed like a "salesman". He laid out the options and the facts while educating me on current and future energy efficiency standards. Then he left the ball in our court, shook hands, and went on his way. I appreciate and admire that. He was never pushy. There was a minor misunderstanding on the day of the install in regards to the crew's arrival time and us locking our dog in our bedroom. The vehicle tracker link doesn't seem to be working correctly when you try to see where the vehicle is, and the ETA was inaccurate. It said 25 min, and the crew arrived in about 50 minutes. This resulted in our dog being stowed for longer than necessary when he could've had a longer morning walk and some free time. He's a guard dog and a little on the bigger side so this kind of thing was important to us and we talked about it thoroughly with the office. Also, an intern arrived in a personal vehicle and we were not aware of this and were not expecting any vehicles other than Emerald vehicles. Ultimately, not too big of a deal though. The install went well, the crew was professional and pleasant. I got the impression that they were doing a good job. At the end of the install there were a few hiccups that shone a light on a little disconnect between the Comfort Specialist and the Install Crew that resulted in a couple of things not being done that were on the work order and invoice. It got a little bit awkward for me for just a moment but they were quick to bring up the work order and apologize and address one of the issues. The second issue was not addressed at that time and there was an indication that the Install Crew and
Will was honest and knowledgeable and really just an all around good guy.
Very please with the services provided. Definitely recommend and will be using them for future.
Alex was on time, courteous and super hard working. He easily could have told me my furnace was dead and sold me a new unit, but he figured out the issue and fixed it. This was a great experience and I am so happy I called Emerald heating.

I had Emerald out to service my furnace a few months ago it was a very good experience. They have a very efficient follow-up system from the time you book right through the arrival of the tech. I had a bigger issue to be dealt with as the acquastat was not working properly and had to be replaced. They took care of this as well. Mike was the tech and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Emerald Heating & Cooling.
Had Emerald come out to my house to give me a quote on a new hot water boiler,they were very quick to tell me I need a new boiler and then wanted to charge me an outrageous price for one. They also didn't put my trap door back properly all the trim was broken to the door .Called a different company to come out they were very honest and professional said there was no way at all I needed a new boiler and quoted me like $3500 less then Emerald . I can not and WILL NOT recommend Emerald

Wonderful experience! Woke up to a house with no heat. Staff was very friendly and professional throughout including scheduling personnel and the technicians. They explained everything and gave options for how I wanted to proceed. They also send a text with the technician's photo, name, text once on the way and a tracking link to see how far they were. Very happy (and warm now) with this company.
In 15 years of dealing with properties in WNY I have once again found that I can depend on Emerald. The techs are always polite, professional and solve the problems.
Finally found a service company that is reliable and truthful. Quick service, pleasant people and very knowledgeable Tech. A definite 5 star. Price is reasonable also for troubleshooting, cleaning and repair. Thank you Emerald.
I was able to have a technician within an hour of my call! Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He located the problem and fixed it in a short time. I will definitely call for tune ups in the future!
