They came to fix our A/C unit that has stopped working suddenly during the heat dome. They came two hours earlier than they thought they would get there, and fixed it within 10 minutes. Yeah, they are exceptional!

These people are not nice and not professional. Sold me a Lennox furnace for cash and it never worked properly. They came to my house to fix it 15+ times and it has never ever worked right from day one They acted stumped. They blame Lennox. Job was never permitted or inspected. The license holder and dad to all the employees is a State Police officer and he tells me on the phone “your only option is sue me.” These people are not reputable. They’re not respectful. They’re crooks. Avoid doing business with these thieves at all costs.
We called this company to come out and check our HVAC to make sure it was working. They responded quickly and was able to get a tech out same day. Adam came out and checked it out and he was amazing. Gave us a lot great feedback in our system and showing us why we didn't need certain things and didn't try to sells us on stuff. He was absolutely amazing and we definitely highly recommend him and this company!!
Called Budget primarily because they are a local Rio Rancho company. My furnace wasn't lighting and I've had this happen before so I already knew what the fix would be. Their diagnosis was the same as mine, faulty circuit board. Due to the age of the unit, a replacement board would be costly to find. I opted to spend a little bit more to get the whole unit replaced. I already knew what a new unit would cost and the price was comparable to what I was expecting. Adam and his assistant were professional, on-time, and a pleasure to work with. They even came out on a Saturday to finish the job and installed a power switch for the heater. A nice touch. Highly recommend for any HVAC/Plumbing work needed.

I would not depend on these people. I called and had to schedule a person to come out for the assessment. This cost 100.00. I don’t have a problem there. They will deduct it when the work is done. However trying to schedule them to come out was impossible. They say they will call you back to schedule but never do. I called, promised a call Back next day. Never received call. Then I’d call again. Same thing. This happened 4 times. It didn’t matter who I talked to. Talked to technician, office staff, and the person they came out for the assessment. They tell you that you need to put 1/2 the estimate down to schedule the job. I said ok, but they couldn’t schedule me then. They’d have to call me back. This went on for a couple weeks. I still have My leak, they have 100.00 and got no service. I don’t usually leave reviews. But this was so unprofessional I had to let people know.
My system can be complex because of the manufacture. My technician Adam had to come by three separate times to fix it all because of the programming the manufacture has in place. I really appreciate that Adam took the time to come out to my house and got everything going. The system is up and running and I’m super happy.
Great company! These guys did an outstanding job. They cared about the job they did and made sure it was done right. Jacob (the owner) was thoughtful and caring knowing we were without an air conditioner and moved quickly to get us a great unit for an outstanding price. Bonus for us to support a military veteran who fought for our freedom. Folks, there are so many crooks out there. I put my trust in him and he took great care of me and my family. I recommend whole heartedly!
Originally called for an estimate (Adam) to install equipment that we would provide asked off the cuff for an estimate for normal purchase and installation of (BCC) provided equipment. Decided on the latter and then after a little back-and-forth was told that because we "couldn't make up our mind, we should take our business elsewhere". Customer service negative 1 rating.. Desire to work, 0. Apparently they have way too many jobs.
Adam was great. He was very through on his inspection and explaining what we needed to be done with our system.

Adam was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem with my A/C units and what he was doing and why along with any options in the future if more problems arose. He focused on fixing the problem rather than trying to sell me new units like other companies have. My A/C works great now and he's educated me on maintenance I can perform to get more life out of my units. Thank you Adam!
We have had BCC come to our home various times over the past few years to service our heating and/or evaporation cooler systems. They have always been professional, responsive, and courteous. They explain things in detail and even show pictures if it involved the cooler on the roof. They explain options for repairs or replacement and are not pushy. As an added plus, they are a Rio Rancho family owned and operated business. We are 100% pleased with their service.
Great business!! Jacob Mendoza came out to my home & got my heater working within an hour he was very professional & got the job done for decent price without any problems.. I will definitely use their services in the future!!
I was told for $90 cash someone would be out the next day to look at my furnace. Was told the $90 would be applied to the repair. Repair man comes out and says he has to condemn my furnace. “It’s too old, they don’t make parts for it and it’s releasing too much co2.” However, co2 sensors in the house never went off and no one in the house had been experiencing headaches or nausea. Repair man took my cash and left. Fortunately had a friend of a friend who does HVAC came and took a look. He fixed the loose wire in minutes and said the co2 reading would obviously be high if the sensor is placed right by the furnace pipe. Unfortunately, as consumers we always have to be prepared to be ripped off. How very unfortunate.
Total scammers!!! The worst service I have ever had. Unfortunately, you have to put a star to post. The only star they get is for poor service. They replaced our motor after it went out. Put in one and didn't work with a continuation of noise. Was told we now needed something else and said we will get a quote for you. I called and said our air conditioner was making a noise and we found a company with better customer service and true honesty Affordable Air Conditioner and Repair. The owner at Budget asked us that we send in receipt for proof of what Affordable in which we did. He said I am not refunding it's our problem. Yes, we lost $800 from Budget within a week of them putting a bad motor but in life sometimes you figure some honest businesses don't exist. I will never use them again and I warn other people that they are the worst. I never complain but the owner was probably the most disrespectful, dishonest scammer. The worst people to work with. Never again. Of course, he will probably write a post excusing him for his poor service. I know I lost $800 within a week putting in a bad motor don't lose yours. Horrible.
Very thorough explanation of the issue we were having with our refrigerated air system. Technician gave us tips on how to extend the life of our rather old system, and effective "band-aids" on our issues, as requested, to keep it functioning temporarily. Honest and helpful. Will call again in August to replace our entire system! Thank you!!!
Always prompt response, have taken care of our air conditioning for several years. Just installed a new HVAC unit and fixed a leak under sink, we couldn't ask for better service . All employees are professional , pleasant and communicate well about repairs and installations.
Budget was good from the very start. Scheduling was very pleasant to deal with and the technicians were prompt and thorough. They made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. Also corrected an issue with evaporative cooler that we didn't even know existed. I would highly recommend budget for your HVAC needs.
