My AC stopped working on a day when temperatures were supposed to reach over 100 degrees. I called over ten AC repair companies and all of them told me it would be days to a week before they could even come look at it. I called Flo Pro LLC and they said they could fit me in on that evening, so I took it. Around 11:50 am they called and said they could get to my house in about ten minutes... Awesome!! They diagnosed the issue and determined what the problem was, they said they could get the part today and they left to retrieve parts and take care of other calls. To my joyous surprise they were back by about 2 in the afternoon and everything was done my 2:30 pm. My AC is now fixed and cooling my house. I am so thankful. The service I received was super nice and super kind, some of the other companies were not that friendly and the people at Flo Pro were so friendly. I will never call anyone else ever again. Thank you. Update: had to call this company again today and once again they were out in just a couple of hours and were wonderful to deal with. They are officially the only company I will call from now on.

Exceptional service and swift repair of my AC unit! Recently, my AC unit stopped working and I thought that I would have to wait a week or more to get it fixed. Despite their tight schedule with no available openings for almost a week, Flo Pro went above and beyond to ensure my AC unit worked properly. They sent technicians over to diagnose the repair the very same day I contacted them. I know next to nothing about AC units so I wasn’t sure how much or how long it would take to repair. After running all the necessary diagnostic tests, technicians were able to replace a part on the unit the same day! The Flo Pro team was super professional, and the price couldn’t be better. I highly recommend Flo Pro to anyone in need of AC repair services.

Let’s begin with who shows up to work at your house. It’s always a gamble letting someone you don’t know inside your home that being said Ron and Erin are probably some of the most decent, professional and hardworking individuals you will ever do business with. They showed up on time did a quick survey of the area in need of work, figured out what was needed and got the job done. A few hours later I had a new water heater with all new connections, drains, straps and most importantly hot water. I got at least 4 other quotes and theirs was the best for the job. Includes a two year warranty so thats a plus all others only offer one year. Would definitely recommend Flo pro for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Amazing company, great service very professional, reasonable and responsible.

Very professional and helped tremendously. Came on a Saturday, found my old water heater rotted out and was able to replace within a couple of hours. Amazing service and will continue to use them for all of my HVAC services.

I rated Flo Pro 5 stars but they definitely deserve 10 stars. Flo Pro staff are super friendly. I found a pipe leak on a Saturday and called for an estimate. Ron wasted no time to evaluate the situation and fixed it in no time at all. Thanks Flo Pro!!

Flo Pro is an outstanding business! Erin was quick to answer our initial call and get us an appointment scheduled the next day. Ron came out, quickly diagnosed our problem, and provided options for repair. Once Ron had the parts in hand, he scheduled with us to make the repairs. Ron was an excellent tech, who patiently listened to my HVAC problem reported and performed troubleshooting & diagnostics accordingly, in comparison to other big name companies who started giving big bill estimates even without looking into the hardware. I highly recommend Ron & Flow Pro to people who are looking for great customer service experience.

Ron was very nice and quick to come to make the repair in our AC unit. We called company that did the install as we are loyal clients, but they couldn't come till Tues and this was Fri. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I called and spoke to Ron, I had an emergency over the weekend. Ron was so nice and professional. He sympathized with my predicament and responded right away. This crew was so professional and fixed my problem so fast. I was expecting an outrageous bill, but to my surprise it was so affordable for what they did. I can't express my appreciation for this company and highly recommend them for any of your needs!!!!!
