I had Dillon (owner) and his assistant out to correct shabby workmanship from Pulte Construction (in my 5 year old home located in the Loma Colorado sub in Rio Rancho). A fitting broke underground on my side right at the water meter. Dillon could tell I was desperate on the phone and he juggled his jobs & came out within 2 hrs - when everyone else was telling me 1-2 days! The 5-Star crew was efficient, professional, fun to work and did great work! Thanks guys, you really bailed me out!

We needed a new hot water heater installed and really wanted it installed the same day, I called Five Star Plumbing and left a message, five minutes later they called me back. After explaining our situation, they said that they could juggle their schedule so that we could get the new heater installed the same day. We couldn’t be happier with Five Star Plumbing, they were professional and friendly, did a great job at a reasonable price, thank you!
If you want a professional job done right, give Five Star Plumbing a call! Dylan and his partner fixed a broken shower faucet for me. They provided me with different options and quotes for the job. I chose to have the faucet replaced which required them to cut a large hole in the wall. They did a beautiful job! The wall looks just as it did before...no signs of the hole. I will definitely call them again in the future.
Dillon and Adolpho are wonderful!! Not only are they master plumbers, fast, efficient, and trying to find the most economical way to do the job right, but they are super neat (the cupboard under my kitchen sink was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!!)! And that says a lot considering the mess they had to deal with! This old geezette will never look for another plumber! They were super polite, explained what they were doing, and were more than fair with their price. Look no further, these guys are great!

These guys are the last plumbers I had to call. I live in a very unique off grid property and have presented some challenging plumbing puzzles to at least 4 other Plumbing service company's To each I said "I would like to find a solution for this problem" they all fixed the leak but not the core issue. 5 star fixed the problem, not just the leak.

Employed Five star Plumbing to replace and install a garbage disposal and to clear numerous pipes throughout my Rio Rancho home.This a newer business and the work that was performed by the owner and his team was exceptional! Prices were very reasonable, and he contacted me after the job was completed to make sure that the work they had performed was still doing well. I wouldn't consider going to another plumber after this. GREAT job!
Our family has had the disadvantage of having a home with poor piping and any time we have had an issue we have always used five star plumbing. They are always on top of our emergencies with plumbing. The are reliable, hard working, and care about what they do. They not only do an amazing job with their work but they care about my family and it is a true joy to have them around even if it is not for the best reasons.
Wow !!!! What a great experience! Dylan came out after hours to give us an estimate on a whole house repipe ...very knowledgeable! very honest! and professional. We highly recommend Five Star plumbing for ANY job you might have.
