The tech that came to our home to turn on our swamp coolers was pushy, rude, and unprofessional. He seemed annoyed with my elderly father when he asked questions and he then claimed everything needed to be replaced, which we knew was wrong. I will not be using this business in the future due to the quality of their techs. TLC was able to come out the next day and fix everything and are always super professional

Last night I was cleaning up in the kitchen and the faucet just fell apart in my hands. I called Affordable Service Inc. at 8:00 this morning and Kurt showed up at 10:00am. Within minutes Kurt was able to diagnose the problem and fix everything. Customer Service just does not get any better.
Affordable Service worked on our A/C. In the hottest part of the Summer, they were able to send a tech out the next morning. Problem was diagnosed and fortunately it was a problem that could be resolved without waiting a week on parts. Tech (Lukas) with his trainee returned in the next morning and resolved the problem. Prices seemed reasonable to us. Lukas seemed knowledgeable and explained things and both were courteous.
Fast, friendly, and efficient. On a Thu. I made an appt for an asap faucet replacement. I got a call back 30 mins later to let me know that they had finished a job early and they could squeeze my call in if I needed it. About an hr after my initial call, my leaky faucet was replaced.

Kevin L. did a wonderful job repairing our air conditioner. He was friendly and very professional. He explained every step of the repair to me. I was very pleased at how quickly they were able to schedule us in. Our A/C is working efficiently now and keeping the house cool. This was a very positive experience. We use Affordable for all our A/C and plumbing needs and are always pleased with the service.
Affordable Plumbing & Heating has consistently provided excellent service in the installation, repair and maintenance of my plumbing, heating and air conditioning equipment over the past 15 years. They answer the phone, come out the same day and communicate with you from dispatch to the completion of the service. I highly recommend them. They will get the job done correctly and for an affordable price.

Bill is very nice and explained everything on how to work and program Thermostat! He even came early.
I called Affordable Service to check our air conditioning. I told them that the furnace is running but the condenser outside is not going. Affordable Service sent technician Jeffrey Lant to check it out. He found out that the leak repair that was done last August 2022 by them is leaking again and it still under warranty parts and labor. Jeffrey L. is getting paid through commission not hourly so he will repair the leak, test the pressure and recharged the system with refrigerant with no charge since that the work that he is doing is still under warranty. Even though that he is not getting paid for the work that he is currently doing , he still performed the work professionally, friendly and did all the repair and the diagnostics test excellently without showing any attitude of him for not getting anything for the work. Affordable Service is very lucky to have a technician like Jeffrey Lant. Thank you Jeffery L. for making our home cool again and a job well done.
