I called for my AC unit to be serviced, I set an appointment and the service guy that came out was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Platinum Heating and Cooling was a top notch company. Called early in the AM and they had a call service that fields their calls and was able to schedule me for later that afternoon. They confirmed the timing with me and gave me a heads up when Ed was on his way to my building. He quickly identified a problem, corrected it and was able to provide some good tips on how to take better care of HVAC system. Would recommend to others who need help with their HVACs.

In the beginning of the last heating season our system refused to start heating on some of the coldest days. I called Platinum and the guys came over right away. At this time I have called multiple other companies who either did not answer, could not come for 6-8 weeks or did not show up at all for our scheduled visits. I received an estimate that did not change even after having to spend two days trying to figure it out after the replacement part turned out to be faulty and just changing it with another new one did the job at the end. They made sure they were not missing any hidden failures along the whole system. The were clean, polite and happy to be doing what they were doing. They are not cheap, but they will get it done and they guarantee their work and PARTS. Would recommend and use them again.

I have been a customer of this HVAC repair service company for several years now and they have never failed to impress me with their prompt response and quality service. I have had several repairs and maintenance services done by them and they have always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.
Originally I gave this company a 5 star rating based on their quick response time, professionalism, friendliness and competence. I must admit I feel I have been duped by this company in their efforts to remedy my steam heating issues. I was led to believe by the confidence of Andre that pressure gauges and other later discovered to be unnecessary parts would address the issues. If that didn’t work, the company then proposed more expensive methods to fix my system, because that’s just what happens with steam heating systems. In short, I paid slightly over $1000 for 3 hand sized parts that possibly cost less than $500, that were installed in a matter of minutes and FIXED absolutely nothing. I was offered a reduction on a new system, how convenient. My system ended up being fixed no thanks to platinum. What a waste!!! Beware! This issues ended up being poorly pitched piping, in areas that your techs did properly assess, other than confirm banging. Simple pipework to improve the pitch and reduce standing water fixed all of my issues. Do better. It’s not always installing new systems. I have no questions to ask. A refund seems in order since your work did absolutely nothing.
The technician was not honest and late in 40 min. he promised to come with a free, and then ask for money. Didn’t have a good experience at all .
