There company vehicle committed a hit and run.
I can't recommend Kay's Affordable more. I went through about 8 estimates before finding Kay, each one more overpriced and unprofessional than the next. I have an old house that's about 120 years old with radiators and a steam boiler. It was a nuisance because it required a lot of maintenance and also took up a lot of space through the house. When I found Kay, his team was efficient and professional. They came with a tablet to take notes and pictures of my situation and answered all my questions (something that not every one could do to my satisfaction previously). I decided to go with Kay who was significantly cheaper than the rest of the competition and I couldn't be happier. They removed all of the radiators, the steam boiler, and all the pipes and installed two HVAC systems for my house (one in the basement, one in the attic). When all was said and done, there was minimal demo necessary and they were able to work around the constraints of a quirky old house and make the upgrade seamless. Kay also is intimately involved and does all the walk throughs himself, before and after the project is completed. A year and a half later, if I have any questions, I can call Kay and I know he'll have the answer. Definitely go with Kay! You won't regret it.
I've used "K" and his crew for years. He's come fix my tenants heat on Thanksgiving eve. He also came out the night before his child was born. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction. His professionalism can't be beat, and his prices are always fair and reasonable. Once you get K, don't let him go, you won't easily find a replacement.
Excellent service
I manage multiple residential and commercial properties in northern NJ. We had a need for an emergency air conditioning repair on July 4, 2021. A friend of mine had talked up Kay’s Affordable HVACR, so I called the company. The owner of the whole company, Kay, showed up on the holiday to fix an elderly couple’s AC. His work and care for the customer were outstanding. Ever since, he has been our go to guy for repairs, replacement, and even new installations. The Kay’s technicians are knowledgeable and take time to explain how things work and offer alternatives for specific needs and budgets. Having shopped around, I can say that Kay’s rates are not the very bottom cheapest, but for a legitimate business with master licenses and insurance I can confidently say that Kay’s rates tend to be below market. In summary, managing properties is much easier now that we have a vendor that we can always trust to get the job done for us, and who can be trusted in people’s homes and business without our being with them. It’s especially a relief to know we don’t have to ask and negotiate a price for each job. That is because he has proved his honesty in work performed and parts sold, as well as consistently charging fair prices. I’m happy to write this review and welcome anyone to contact me and ask about my experiences with Kay.

I highly recommend Kay’s Affordable!!!! I needed a ventilation system install in my nail salon and the work was very clean, and the workers were very respectful and cared about the quality of the work.The owner even came through to see if I was satisfied with the work that was done and just that care and concern made me very satisfied with the job in total. Thumbs up to this company because I came across some shady companies but Kay’s Affordable is surely not one of them. Thank you I will definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends!!!

Kay & team are great !!!! If I had 5 thumbs I’d give them all 5 thumbs up !!!! With winter time coming along with these cold fall nights , you don’t want to play with Jack Frost !… with having that said , I was having problems with my heat couldn’t find the correct tweak to fix it so I called KAY and they came to save the day !! My home is feeling like a nice little toasty winter cabin !! Thanks guys you all rock !!

Kay and his team installed ductless units in my home and did a great job. They took on a job that was a little complicated but completed it in a timely fashion and we are extremely pleased with the work!

Kay and his employees are incredible. They are so compassionate and easy to work with. When our heater broke, Kay personally came out to our house immediately to help us. The work was done quickly, professionally, and everything was cleaned up and left the way they found it. I highly recommend Kay and his guys to do any HVAC work!
