Sheldon was nothing short of professional and a true master of his trade. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure it is done correctly. Sheldon worked within our budget and took his time to explain the functionality of each piece of equipment and what was to be done. He was timely and easy to communicate with. Following the completion of work, the job site was spotless. Would highly recommend his business and will continue to use in the future.
Dimatic Control serviced my hot water heater and furnace. Excellent work and such great explanation of what is needed. Very reasonable price and saved me from unnecessary expenses. I look forward to using Dimatic for my ac as well as heating.

I've had the pleasure of working with Sheldon from Dimatic Control for several years now. He has consistently provided excellent, value-added service, at a very reasonable cost. From his very cost-effective and thorough routine maintenance service visits to larger more complex jobs, he has proven himself to be competent, dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very fairly priced ! After spending years with other higher-priced and unreliable big companies that have left me disappointed I am so glad that I met Sheldon from Dimatic Control to handle all of my HVAC needs. We came home one hot day to find that the A/C was not working properly. Air was coming out of the vents, but it was not cold. We had a couple of contractors come in to diagnose the problem, and each one said we needed to replace the entire system. We went to Dimatic/Sheldon for one more quote expecting that we were going to have to get a new A/C system. That call saved us thousands of dollars. Not only did he have a fix that didn't involve replacing the whole system, but Sheldon was honest, reasonable, prompt, and professional. He will be my first call next time, and I would recommended him to anyone (and have).
Sheldon is very honest, reliable, understanding, patient and trustworthy. Coulpe of times I sought his attention regarding my heating and cooling systems, he showed concern and made sure my problems were solved. He is very professional and would make suggestions that would suit a customer on tackling any heating/cooling problems. I would recommend him to anyone anytime. *** keep up the good work my man.

I actually found Dimatic from Home Advisor. My technican was Sheldon. He called to confirm my appointment and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to troubleshoot my boiler issues. I own a very old boiler that was converted from coal, to oil and finally to gas. He was very organized and methodical in his approach. He even checked other components to make sure that they were functioning at their optimum. Sheldon was very pleasant and explained his process. He got my approval for the various costs related to the repair. Best of all, Dimatic's pricing was fair for my budget. I have already mentioned the company to my friends in the area. I will surely use them again for my Plumbing and HVAC needs.
