micheal and scott were fantastic. they truly helped me fix all of the hvac problems i was having. there was a lot of new owner information i just didn’t know, and michael explained everything easily so i could understand. there was A LOT i wasn’t aware of. i should have realized there was a lot more to understand, and now my family is going to have a lot better air quality. i felt a bit dumb not realizing i wasn’t doing everything right, but they both assured me that now i know and it’ll get easier. i was so happy with the service i actually ended up having a twice a year service plan with them. i absolutely recommend this place and i don’t write reviews often at all unless i’m impressed! thank you SO MUCH!!!!
James and the Fresh Air Flow guys did a great job with installing a new HVAC system. The new system looks and works great and the guys were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Angelo, one of the great Technicians at Fresh Air Flow performed my first central air annual preventative maintenance visit today. He arrived on time, actually a bit early, checked everything visually and with instruments and meters, both at the ac indoors furnace area and outside at the condenser unit. He explained what he was doing, the results and what they meant in layman's language. He made sure the unit is ready for the summer and I learned a lot more about HVAC. Everything checked out fine. Angelo is very interested in doing a job correctly the first time, and it shows. I continue to give Fresh Air Flow 5 stars and highly recommend them for HVAC work. John S.
After getting several estimates I felt that Fresh Air Flow was the most knowledgeable and honest. The installers were professional, thorough, and efficient. Ben, Ivan, James and Michael were very professional and understood my needs regarding replacing a dated AC system in a rental property. They were prompt and professional. The install day went well There was a mistake in the size of the fan unit and it would not fit in the existing AC closet but they quickly swapped it out for one that would fit and was even slightly better. This unfortunately extended the install. There was also a missing heat element which had to be installed later. It took 3 visits total not including the initial inspection but they were very professional and the system is now complete. I will use them again!

We just had our central air replaced by Fresh Air Flow and we couldn't be happier. We had an old system that was a bit difficult to remove so we got several estimates. We chose FAF not just based on price but also because of the manor in which Ian explained how they would handle the job. The techs who did the job, Shawn and Chris were excellent as well. Extremely friendly and professional. The owner Ben was easy to work with too. The job was done exactly as explained. It's easy to see why they are so highly rated on Google. Thank you all so much.

Proposed solutions for my HVAC problem which was genuine and honest.
From Ben’s amiable and immediate response to Ian’s honest proposal, FAF stood out of all other candidates to replace my old furnace. Just next day early morning Shawn and Kyle came to install the new unit. They pulled down the old one, meticulously made the new duct work on site, rearranged the intake and return pipes as well as the other related attachments. It is really a big surprise to me when I see the state of art setting which saves much space and looks modern. There are no shortage of HVAC contractors around but some of them are used to play rip off tactics to put customers in traps. On the contrary, FAF is among the good group In fair practice. My experience with FAF reflects it is well deserved to win customers’ trust by its honesty, good work ethics and professionalism. FAF is truly worth commendable five star. If you are looking for a reliable and good HVAC service, Fresh Air Flow HVAC is the one for you!.
Fresh Air Flow is a great company. They are professional and fair. They showed up when they were scheduled and got the job done. I had a total of three systems installed and they work perfectly. They cleaned up when they were done and followed up when I had questions. I definitely recommend them and Ian for your job.
