My air conditioning unit just wasn't working well and couldn't cool the house AND the unit wasn't really that old. Alper said that though the unit was fine, the original attic ducts should be replaced. Alper replaced my air conditioning ducts and then added insulation to the attic last September. My heating bills were 40% lower last year!!! We have only had a few really hot days so far this year, but I can feel the difference in the air flow. I was so pleased with their work, I moved my heating and cooling maintenance contracts to them. Their service is great. I highly recommend them.
Best HVAC service I’ve received in the 20 years I’ve owned my home. Called them for a second opinion. So glad I did. The other company said I needed to have a particular service done, which was not needed. Saved me over $400. On time, personable, professional, honest…can’t say enough good things about Alber. Highly recommend…in fact, a neighbor is using them today. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Troy from Alber came back to install the correct part in place of the temporary part that restored heat on Christmas Eve
Came to check out possible air in hot water tank line. Checked everything thoroughly and even tightened some hoses.

Alber Service is my new go to company for heating and cooling. They provided excellent communication throughout the process and service techs were friendly, professional, and efficient.
Called at 11 AM and Brian arrived 1. Fixed problem with parts on truck.
They are on time, respectful, reviewed the work to be done, answered all my questions, and kept me informed.
Problem was taken care of. Troy knew about this problem from an earlier visit... It involved an issue from the manufacturer of a part of my system. The part had to be replaced. Troy knew exactly what to do.
Had this company come out and install insulation in my attic and basement. Staff was very friendly, professional, on time and respectful. Highly recommend
I was having a problem with my heater. It was running extremely too hot. The tech that came to my home was Brian. He was very knowledgeable. He fixed the heater. It’s been working great ever since he left. I will definitely use this company again if I have problems.
I called Alber because I was having issues with my heating system. They sent a technician out within 2 hours. He was very professional, honest and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, ordered a part, picked it up, installed it and had my system back up and running less than 4 hours after I called them. They totally exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
Replaced humidifier water hose which came loose allowing water to drip onto the floor around the furnace in the basement.
Tech was very attentive to my concerns and did the work veery orofessionally

Tough time to have a heater go down-New Year's Day but Tom came out within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and Brian installed the new part the next afternoon. Can't beat that !!
The technician that worked this time did a fine job diagnosing the problem and repairing it. The issue I had however was caused by the fact the AC check and tune up that was done in the spring, removed the humidity pad last spring. As a result when the humidity dropped, I had water dripping from the unit in the house. The problem I just had fixed was caused by the missing humidity pad, taken out by a different Alber technician last spring. Alber is usually very good. I know what I am looking for and will keep an eye out for it next time.
