I came back from a trip away to find my AC not working on a hot and humid night in June. The next morning, I called around to look for someone who could come by. Lucky for me, Richard Gonzalez from Sam's Air control could make it the same day. He came promptly during the time frame the dispatcher had given me, was very polite, and fixed the problem quickly. I would use Sam's Air again.
Richard was on time. Very knowledgeable. Very pleasant to talk to. Explained everything he was doing. Very professional and clean.

Sams replaced my whole a/c system last year . I just had an issue come up . 7:30 at night Sam answered the phone by the third ring . I explained the situation. An appointment was made . I was notified by voice and text confirmation of appointment. Rich , ( professional gentleman)the tech fixed the issue. ( swap out circuit breaker). Highly recommend Sam’s Air . Very good workmanship, excellent pricing.
Richard did about 200 preventative maintenances for me, across two projects. He completed them ahead of the schedule and was great to work with. Of course on the hottest day , our AC wasn’t blowing cold. I was very pleased with the same day service I received from Sam’s Air Control. From the time my appointment was set until the time my technician arrived , I was given text updates on when he would be expected, and tracking on when he would arrive. I thought that was a very nice feature the company offered its customers. The tech Ryan G was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away and was honest and upfront when offering us repair options. He got our AC fixed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Sam’s Air Control !
