Excellent work! House went from a 93° dead HVAC hot house to a cool 73° Home in one day's time. The work these guys had to deal with IN the heat that went on during the day, and STILL got the job done is why I would reccomend this company to anyone in need of emergency HVAC service. Thank you very much to Bryan and his assistant for the great work.

They came out late in the evening to fix my AC condenser. He had it fixed within about 45 minutes. Saved me from a horrible night of having to sleep in an 80 degree house! Thanks so much! Will be calling you guys for all my HVAC needs!
The servicing technician is very jovial and friendly to talk. He quickly isolated the issue with the compressor and corrected it. I am happy with the service. Thank you Bill Leary!

Technician was prompt in discovering the issue. He also educated me on how to maintain the temperature in the house, how often to change the air filters, and how the units are ducted throughout the home. Very knowledgeable and diligent.
Allen the senior tech came on a holiday while we were in need to get our AC unit fixed. He was quick to diagnose the problem and gave me the options to choose to fix the problem. Highly recommend!
Alan, a Senior Tech went out of his way to come by on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem with my Mom's AC unit, and recommended she get a new one installed, because of the age of the unit and also the previous problems she was having with it. He scheduled an urgent installation for Monday morning. I appreciated that very much, because the home was without AC for 2 days and she is 91 years old. Dom and Gary were there at 7 am. They were very professional and did a great job, and also made sure everything was working properly before they left. I highly recommend Bill Leary AC/ Heating.
Shawn and AB technicians were very respectful and professional ensuring a successful replacement of our AC evaporator coil. They arrived and jumped right in know what need to be done and completed the repairs. No complaints, 5 start work

Allen came and assessed our problem and we needed new AC, furnace & compressor installed. He explained everything to our satisfaction. My husband was very impressed with the time he took to explain everything. Bill and Anthony came the very next day on time. They removed the old units and explained everything to my understanding. They were an awesome team! Very respectful and informative. I am highly impressed with their expertise and professionalism. You've gained loyal customer's for all of our HVAC needs. I'm shocked. They showed up when they say they would. I'm shocked. I didn't think anyone did that any more. I had to replace an ancient system. It was done quickly and efficiently and very professionally. No leftover mess either. Sr Tech Allen is very responsive and Bill and Anthony could not have been more accommodating and informative. Good choice.

The gentlemen were all here on time as promised. They worked throughout the day without hanging around and killing time. They explained everything to me in detail. Updates 10 months after the initial review below: Another great visit from the senior tech Allen. Quick and reliable service; in-and out. Couldn't have done it better myself. Thanks Bill Leary! This is probably the most reliable, the most responsive, and the most HONEST HVAC and Heating company I could find in Central NJ. My Condenser went out during the span of 100+ degrees days. I've placed an emergency call and they got here within a few hours before my ceiling tiles started to melt away!!! With other places I have used in the past, they all posted "Emergency Services Available". But when I called during an emergency, no one ever picked up the phone!!! Bill Leary is also extremely honest. The problem turned out to be a faulty capacitor in the condenser. Other places could have sold me a brand new condenser for thousands of dollars including labor. Not with Bill Leary. They are as honest as they come. This world needs more honest business like them!
Everything involved in the process was handled professionally. We agreed to the install and everything was finished the next day. I felt the price was fair and Shawn and his crew did an excellent job. I'm glad that I used Bill Leary!
