I have been using Royal Air for more than 10 years after a bad experience with Gold Medal. Royal Air is honest, fair and professional. I have used them to replace my furnace and service my system. They have never tried to upsell me. If it makes sense to fix it, that is what they do. Most recently, Ari replaced a bad capacitor on my compressor. A few years ago, they came out in the middle of a bad snow storm to get our furnace working so that we had heat and installed the replacement within a few days. Highly recommend.

I am very grateful for Mac and his team. The heating at my house stopped working and I called Royal Air and they came within the hour. They found the issue and repaired it at an affordable price. I will definitely be using them again for any AC/Heating needs.

Came back home from work one day and the house was freezing. Realized the heat was not working all day, after troubleshooting for sometime myself and getting nowhere I called Royal Air and Mac came out the same day and had it solved within minutes. Great service, would use again.

Called them during a blizzard late night when my heat stopped working. Mac came in within the hour and diagnosed and fixed my heat temporarily. He came in with his team the next day and installed a fresh unit and was able to give me discounts and work with me on pricing. It’s hard to find a company that stands behind their product, service and support. Royal Air is one of those company, from installing the new HVAC to maintaining the units afterwards. Eddy and his team are passionate, caring and supportive, and responsive to my system needs. I highly recommend Royal Air to anyone that needs a new HVAC system, service or maintenance. I used their service twice this year. First was for a full HVAC replacement and the second was for an insurance claim for my heater and HVAC after some issues with a water main. Overall there quality and response were unmatched to the other companies I reached out to when first seeing options for a new HVAC unit. Ed took the time to sit down with my wife and explain the options and benefits to his suggestions which looking back now were truly correct and accurate. He didn't waste our time and customer service was unmatched compared to the others we had quote us. They were fast to respond when our air went out during the hot summer needing the new unit in the first place, and when doing our insurance claim worked around our schedule to get everything done quick. I was beyond happy with the way Ed, Tim, And Carlos treated me and my wife. Thanks again Royal!

Royal Heating was very responsive to my inquiry on converting from oil to gas. New Boiler installed in less than two weeks. Very professional technicians/installers. Very pleased with the installation. I would recommend this company.
