Communication was very good The workers were on time, my system was replaced and all the old was removed and there was no clean up afterwards. And the price and equipment were very good. I would recommend Allcare heating and cooling.

We called All Care to come out to our ice cream business in Howell for AC repair. They quickly responded and were able to rectify our problem within minutes. We also had a new unit installed by them. Very professional and would highly recommend them.

This place charges you a fair price and I would highly recommend you to this place. They helped a lot and found the problem to my heater, and was able to fix it well and functioning

Excellent Service! I phoned yesterday with an issue I had replacing my furnace filter as All Care Heating had installed my unit last year. As new homeowners, we unfortunately had heating system issues within one month of moving in. With this being new to us my defenses were up. So I called these guys. They were professional when they answered my questions, on time, and most importantly fixed my problem without draining my pockets. Not to mention the fast response. Same day service. I can’t say enough good things about AllCare HVAC. I had another large HVAC company come out as my furnace was not running. They wanted $500 more for the same part replacement/repair. When AllCare came out, Eric was friendly, took the time to diagnose the issue, explain the problem and possible solutions. AllCare quoted me 1/3 LESS of the larger company’s price to repair the furnace. ($500 difference). AllCare provided options with no pressure unlike the large competitor that uses high pressure sales/scare tactics. Additionally, Eric from AllCare got the furnace going again at no charge instead of leaving me and my family in the cold. While the part was on back order, the furnace failed again. Eric said to call him and he would come out again. (Much appreciated) We decided to just replace the furnace as it was aging, 9 degree weather was a day away, and it didn’t make sense to dump thousands into it. Mike from AllCare provided a quote and options within an hour. Not only was he responsive, he had a team at my house the next morning replacing the furnace at a very reasonable price right before the temperature dropped into the single digits. (Day before Christmas Eve) Thank you AllCare for actually caring, being honest, reliable and trustworthy. You have my business for now on.

At Monroe township they came to do the heating in one bedroom not working , so they found quickly the issue and Eric fixed it very fast by cleaning the furnace on Attic just in 45 mins , we recommend their services highly
We didn't know how lucky we were to meet these kind folks! Everyone you talk to on the phone or have at your home is professional and friendly. They installed our heating and AC units 10 years ago when we renovated. We always call them for maintenance and repairs. Can't say enough about them.
Left a message on Thanksgiving Weekend. Received a text back within minutes and a appointment within a few hours. Tech diagnosed the problem and performed the repair within minutes. Very professional and honest company.
