Nobody is ever prepared for the air conditioner to break in the summer, except for TemperaturePro! Our A/C condenser shut off and PSEG came out to identify that there was likely a leak with the coolant. We then immediately called TemperaturePro to investigate the problem further. They were able to send out an expert technician that same evening to confirm our suspicions. Ghassan came out the next day to discuss our options for repair or a new unit, and we decided to go with a new RUUD unit. By the end of the week, then unit had been ordered and by Tuesday, a technician was installing our new outdoor unit. Their attentiveness, service, and professionalism is what makes us return customers. After your first experience with them, you won't want to use anybody else!
Ghassan is professional and a gentleman. He makes one feel comfortable with asking questions, unlike his competitors. He gave me a fair price for the system. This is an industry that needs regulating as HVAC companies take great advantage of their clients. Thankfully, I found the exception.

Horrible! They installed a new AC unit 2 years ago and the unit is not working. I called multiple times but the voicemail box is full and cannot leave a message. I emailed and sent text messages. No response or call backs. This is unprofessional.
Very pleased with the service. They were polite and professional on the phone both initially and with follow-up contacts and able to set us up with an appointment in a timely manner. Joe, the technician, was excellent, both in his interaction with us and in the work he did. When we had them do significantly more than what we initially contacted them about (because of our confidence in them), they were still able to get the job within the same time frame and complete it on time. They explained everything, did not try to push anything on us, and pricing was fair. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.
After struggling with another hvac contractor, temperature pro was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!
After moving into a new house with an older system, we decided to replace all of our existing ductwork in the basement and install high-end dampers to help adjust airflow to our second story. Ghassan took the time to review the work ahead of time and special order the dampers for us. We had spoken to 3 other companies who all pushed us to install a split system instead of repairing our old ducts. The majority of the work was done in 1 day, and took 1-2 days of follow up work to finalize. Just recently, our Nest thermostat was registering on and our outside unit was pumping, but no air was circulating through the vents. I called after hours and they sent a tech who diagnosed and showed us a broken blower motor ($129 after hours service call fee). He came out the next day (after hours again, but all of our needs were last minute) and replaced the motor within an hour. Motor repair cost was $1500. Motor repair cost was $1500. A standard motor replacement is about $750, but we needed an ECM motor plus the control board which nearly doubled the cost. Each time we’ve done business with them, TempPro has been accommodating, professional, and has fixed our problems.

They came out to give me an estimate on two different jobs. I've called at least three times over the last week and can't get a call back with a price. I also had to call a few times to get them to set up time for an estimate. Will be calling someone else. Would not recommend!
I had a small issue combining thermostats at a new home. After speaking with the owner, who was very helpful, his technicians showed up and did a thorough job combining the two thermostats. I felt the cost was reasonable and I would certainly call Temp Pro again for my heating and cooling needs.
We were not satisfied with the original work, but owners contacted us and tech came back and redid the job to our satisfaction. They make sure their customers are happy. And we are.

Great experience with Temperature Pro. On the coldest day of the year my furnace suddenly wasn't keeping the house warm. A technician came out almost immediately, was courteous and professional. Serviced the furnace and had it working again in no time, and the price was extremely fair. Would recommend to anyone.

After receiving several quotes, we were lucky to have been referred to TemperaturePro. Our appointment was made quickly. The cost to replace the unit was very competitive and the owners are professional, yet friendly and provide great customer service. Our unit was replaced the following week. The technicians arrived at the scheduled time, were hard working and knowledgeable. We had a new unit in one day. Definitely would recommend their services.
Professional from the beginning to finish project! I had called many companies for an estimate. Prices are very competitive but our final decision because of the follow up skills. I have questions at 9pm & they reply me within minutes. They accomplished me with the date I wanted my heating & cooling system get installed. The technician noticed to details & saw my duct was just cleaned a month ago & point out to me the duct was not cleaned. When I saw all the dust still on it I was so upset. They are very professional very detail on explaining how thing work & make sure it’s all clean before they leave. Definitely will recommend them for others.
Temperature Delivered exactly what they said in a very timely fashion. we signed the agreement and a week later they came to install our AC unit. They were on time to start the project and finished before later afternoon. I great experience all around.
