In July, I came home from a trip to a nonworking air conditioner. NJ Air Pros technician was able to come the next business day, find the problem, repair it, and restore the cool temperature in my house. The company is responsive, attentive, and reliable.
I was visiting my family in New Jersey, and the heating system broke down. I thought my vacation was ruined and I would have to find a hotel for the rest of my trip as this happened on a holiday weekend. That’s when NJ AIR PROS came to the rescue! They answered their Emergency Hotline promptly and were extremely empathetic about our situation. Less than 24 hours later, they fixed our heating system and got us back on track to enjoying our family vacation. Thank you NJ AIR PROS!

I am an HVAC contractor located just outside of Chicago and we have partnered with NJ Air Pros since 2018 on a nationwide account. In all of the years that we have worked together, I have never received any complaints about the work that they perform or the technicians that do the work. I work with several HVAC contractors across the country and NJ Air Pros is consistently better than the rest as far as their knowledge, professionalism and ability to get the job done and done quickly. They respond immediately and usually have a tech out the same day or next day. Their prices are fair and I know that when we call them for a job it will get done, get done well and won't have outrageous costs that I see with some of their competitors. I value our partnership and look forward to many years of them serving the NJ area for us.
