Nice, honest guys.
While home alone with my newborn, my heat stopped working on a super cold day. By the time I realized it, my house was down to just 62 degrees. Paul from Masi was at my house in less than 2 hours and resolved the issue in less than an hour. He was professional, friendly, and speedy. Thank you Paul and Masi for saving the day!
We have used MASI several times over the years but felt compelled to write a review based on their integrity. You never know if contractors are being honest with you about their recommended repairs. We had a follow up issue with our shower after their first repair. Turns out they made a mistake installing some type of fitting. They could have told me anything and charged me $475 but instead the technician admitted his error and didn't charge me. Mistakes happen but I now can be assured they will treat me fairly and that is all I can ask. Highly recommend MASI.
I would like to share our oil to propane heating conversion experience and overall job satisfaction that Masi Plumbing and Heating recently performed at our home. Communication between all departments within Masi has been superb beginning with Office Managers Amber and Emily. We received a comprehensive job proposal from Bobby after he spent over an hour in our home evaluating our aging oil system and discussing replacement alternatives. After reviewing the written proposal, Bobby offered to come back to our home to further discuss our options and answer any questions and/or concerns we had. We had several system quotes from other heating contractors but Masi’s proposal and Bobby’s willingness to spend additional time with us answering our many questions was a welcoming experience given the scope of the project. We were greatly appreciative of his honesty, technical knowledge and friendly attitude that we agreed to his proposal on the spot. It was then that the magic took place… Amber and Emily took charge and coordinated installation crews, contacted town inspectors, our propane company and began the scheduling process. The Installation crew (Julio, Shane and Troy) arrived on time and they were extremely polite, hard working, safe, and very respectful of our property. They were meticulous with the installation as well as the ongoing and final cleanup within and around our home. I can’t thank them enough! In addition, Steve came to our home to final inspect the installation and go over all aspects of the heating system we needed to know as residential customers. The entire process was seamless and well coordinated and performed by all members of the Masi team. We highly recommend Masi Plumbing and Heating and we plan to have Masi perform other upgrades in our home in the future. Thank You! Cliff F
We were given what we thought was a reasonable rate when we called to schedule an appointment then got hit with all these additional fees that we're never explained to us up front. This will be the last time we use MASI Plumbing or Heating
We have converted from oil to natural gas. MASI made this as seamless as possible. Keith was a pleasure to work with, was very informative and responsive. I highly recommend and if ever needed in the future, they will be my first call.
Reset a leaking pipe, the job was completed in short order and I am so impressed with their work, that each time I go past the worksite, I stop to admire the finished job. Masi made piping look like it should have years ago, they were not the original installers. Would I recommend Masi? In a heartbeat.
Service personnel were polite and courteous. They did their jobs in a professional and timely manner. They communicated my problems in such a way that I could understand and gave me alternate choices. I would definitely have them back again.
The owner of this company is obviously rude and unprofessional. Take a look at all the negative reviews. They all say the same thing: ride and unprofessional. And what does the owner do? He responds to the review in an even more rude and unprofessional way!! At least he's honest and upfront about his rudeness and unprofessionalism!
Masi Plumbing did a wonderful install of a hybrid HVAC system replacing old inefficient equipment. The install team headed up by Doug was extremely professional and courteous. Their work was clean and accomplished with much care. We appreciated that at the end of each day they reviewed the work they completed and explained what the next days goals would be. We highly recommend Masi for anyone considering updating their HVAC system.
Bobby and his team are super professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I have used Masi Plumbing and Heating for multiple properties including installing new heating systems, maintaining heating and AC systems, plumbing needs (both proactive and reactive) and I frequently recommend them to my real estate clients with confidence. Masi is a great choice for your heating and plumbing needs!
Great knowledge and helpful staff. They really care about doing right by the customer. In these days, they are truly impressive.
I have used them three times. The last time was water heater that suddenly decided to fail/leak. Within 3 hours I had new water heater installed and ready to go. I highly recommend them.
Should be zero stars. Had to call Masi since I had no heat Friday night into Saturday. The Masi worker arrived with his son and I asked them to go around back of my condo to the closet where the heater was and he just walked into my house without my permission. He even insulted me saying that he had other customers to deal with and I told him right now I am your customer. I called the office and told everything what happened and all the lady said to me was, "Okay. " Not once an apology. What kind of business does that? Horrible.
Still waiting for estimate on new furnace will update. Explain options and came on time schedule. Will advise for pricing.
We purchased a new home in Hudson with no AC, and our neighbors recommended MASI as they had done a big job with them. They were very professional from start to finish. Bobby worked up a design plan and thoroughly reviewed it and answered all of our questions (we were choosing between mini-duct and high velocity AC systems). Their large crew knocked out the work in a week as promised, adding the system to two floors in a large house, and we used an electrician that works with them to complete the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We have pretty high standards and are construction competent, and felt they did a great job working with us and giving us the quality and service we were seeking. Would definitely recommend for this type of work.
Not caring after serving .
We had them come and do a pressure check ,evacuation and release the refrigerant on my samsung mini split system they charged me 570 dollars wich a bit much seeing he sat around and waited for 3 hours for the samsung rep to show up so he could talk to him he billed me for that hole time. So I paid them then I had them come back to do the exact same thing for my neighbors house. He was supposed to be here at 10 am didn't show up till 1 pm then only stayed till 2pm and said they had to go to a different job so then they came back a couple days later in all they charged my neighbor 720 dollars to do the exact same job they did for me at 570 dollars the job for my neighbor should have been cheaper then what I paid cuz he didn't have to sit and wait for 3 hours for the samsung rep. Will never use them again or give anyone a recommendation for this place terrible taking advantage of my older neighbors. Hope they feel good about that.
