Matt and the team were very responsive and did an excellent job with our home’s bathroom plumbing repair. As a new home owner it can be hard to know who to call when issues start arising - we will definitely be using Ferris again in the future.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of request. Ferris Plumbing started our huge job the following week. Replacement boiler and water heater. They even secured interest free financing for 10 months for us! Couldn’t recommend Ferris Plumbing more! Before and after pictures below.
Matt puts a lot of attention on communication with the client. Every detail from start to finish was seamless. Justin did a clean, professional install of a leaking faucet in kind of a tight basement access. We could not be more pleased.

We woke up this morning to a leak in our basement furnace room. I called it in and after discussing the issue, they were able to get us on the schedule and had someone out to the house within a few hours. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He had the leak repaired beautifully in no time, and took the time to explain to me what had happened and why. He also helped identify a couple of other areas with similar weaknesses so that we can decide what to do about them before they leak, too. We were very happy with the entire experience and will be calling them again the next time we need work done!
They installed a furnace & water heater at my house. They were on time, and didn’t leave a mess behind. They are my new plumbing & ac company moving forward!
Matt responded quickly to our request to add a filtration system to our home and did an excellent job. We ended up replacing our hot water heating system, as well, with Matt. He and his team did an excellent job on the installation. Matt took the time to explain what he was going to do, what he did and how we should maintain the new systems. He and his team are professional, easy to talk to and super responsive. It was a pleasant experience. We would recommend him anytime!

His entire crew is not only extremely knowledgeable, but caring and attentive. We wouldn't trust anyone else to do work on our home.

Matt Ferris and his team were great in rebuilding our shower. They were fast and efficient throughout the job and he would always respond to any questions in a reasonable time. Will definitely be looking to use them again in the future!
Matt and his team were great. Our HVAC decided to call it quits. Matt's team diagnosed the problem, gave multiple options to repair. We chose to replace and he was out 3 days later to do the job. Responsive, on time, clean and very fair pricing. We were a big fan of getting texts when his team was on the way. No 4 hour windows that you sometimes find with service providers. We would highly recommend Matt and his Company.
Matt and his crew have done both commercial and residential work for us. He and his guys are some the most reliable, creative and ambitious guys I’ve come across. Always available in a timely fashion and do great work! Highly recommend!
Another great service by Ferris! We had a new Bosch Furnace installed and we are very pleased with the job. Shane (the tech) was pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. We feel Matt and his crew go above and beyond and they care about their work. The techs are friendly and respectful. I also like the fact that Ferris has younger men working with the seasoned techs to learn the trade- which is great to see! We got a quote from another company as well but decided again to use Ferris HVAC for the job. Thanks again Matt!
