ok I was really hoping to give him 5 stars. I called him on wens says he can come Friday did not give me a fixed time just says i will be there Friday sometime reasonable. I was fine with that but Friday comes and he ghosted me. not even a call. so sat comes around and I figure I will give him the benefit of doubt. call him on sat morn of course I get his machine I leave a message I said I thought we had a service call for Friday maybe there was a lack of communication on my part and if he would call me back. no call back. so I guess if the phone don't ring its the plumber. it is a disrespectful way to run a business make somebody wait with out even calling saying they wont be there. its not like I was asking him to come for free I was willing to pay his price. the reason why I picked him was because of the ratings he got. maybe he thought the job was to small and not worth it but he still should have called you just don't ghost somebody not cool. I guess you cant go by ratings. oh well now to look for a new plumber. I hate to give this one star should be 0.

Dean Hardy is the best! This is the second time i’ve called him, and he came the same day, within a couple of hours of my call. We had a backup of water in our basement, which turned out to be the sewerage ejector pump. I didn’t have any idea what the thing was, my last house didn’t have one. Dean came and fixed the problem, explained what the thing is for and what happened, and was out the door in 15 minutes. No charge. Amazing. If you need a plumber that you can trust, that is honest and knows his stuff, call Dean Hardy.
Have used Dean for years. Great guy great service. You wont go wrong choosing him.

Hardy is the best for Quality, Honesty and Price in the Nashua/Derry Area. I used him for a small job years ago and he has not changed one bit. The only thing is you need to be is a touch patient as he is a one or two man operation so don't expect miracles. If you need someone yesterday then call Heritage they will come to your house that day and charge you $3,000-$4,500 to do a gas water 41 gallon tank. Other companies did not even call back or were so disorganized they did not call the appropriate number to reach me after multiple times calling them back and making the correction they still were not calling my cell number. Hardy was much better with simple communication and prices, because I was willing to wait a few days. A friend of mine who is a master HVAC and another who owns property's agrees as well. The old tank was put in a bad location from the previous home owners plumber(who is no longer in business) and Hardy took the time to re-route all the piping so that in the future people could get at the unit without having to kill themselves to turn a wrench. He also made sure to write the serial number on the unit that was not visible. It's the little details combined with the cost and quality he offers. He laid down card board where he was walking in and out of the house to keep things clean. When he left, out side of everything being fixed it was like he was not there. No one is perfect, but I am giving him 5 stars if you need a quality job, from a person that cares and gives you a very reasonable price Dean Hardy plumbing is worth it.
Our hot water tank recently failed prematurely & were in a tough spot to get it installed quickly. We called a few plumbers & were quoted outrageous prices . Then we were lucky enough to call Dean, he was over within an hour . He told us it had to be replaced but should be covered under warranty. The model wasn't in stock that day but he said he would be able to install it the following day. He was right on time & installed it within a few hours & we were only charged installation. Dean has come to my house on a couple of occasions when some plumbing problem exceeded by DIY skills. He's always done a professional job that has impressed me with the quality of the work. For instance, he replaced the cutoff valve on the basement toilet (the lowest pipe in the house) without removing the toilet and still did a lovely soldering job. I don't know how he did it in the cramped space, but that's why he's the pro I call.
We used Dean for many, many years. He is the best!! Always honest and fair and will never steer you wrong. He undid many a mistake that my husband made...
Dean recently replaced a water heater for our family. I was very glad I contacted Dean and will again in the future. I was in a tight spot and he came through very quickly for me and my family.
