Got a quote for work to be performed. Scheduled work. They didn't show up. Scheduled again. Got called to reschedule to a later date. They didn't show up again. Last straw after a few "we'll call you back" that didn't happen either. Disappointing. They need to improve their follow up communication and actually showing up when they say they will.

Called twice and left a message with the office and/or call center. Never received a call back.
After several other companies had come out several times to repair the tankless combination water heater/furnace without success, 3 Brothers diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. They installed a new system in just a few hours. I found them to be efficient, thorough and above all else put the customer first. I will def be using their services in the future.
3 Brothers installed a new garage door and did maintenance on my furnace. I was very happy with their work and the prompt service. I will be using their services again!

I had a washer, dryer and dish washer installed by Cain and Kevin today. I was so impressed with their customer service, professionalism, knowledge, cleanliness and he list could go on! Of course there was a problem with my hot/cold water knobs and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and I was able to use my new appliances right away. They were priced so reasonably for such quick and efficient service. Hats off to 3 brothers and the people they employ. I found 3 Brothers on Thumbtack and I'm glad I did ! They installed my water heater and replaced my air conditioning system all within 3 weeks . The guys were all super professional and pleasant! They cleaned up after themselves as they went , even the work trucks were immaculate ! Eric the owner was super responsive throughout the projects , if I emailed him he would respond usually within 5 minutes ! Very fair pricing and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need , which is very important when making these decisions! Please don't hesitate to call them !

3 Brothers Mechanical has been absolutely awful, all smoke and mirrors. Had a new condenser installed for our central a/c. Installed it and had to leave to go get a part, three hours later returned only after I had to call and ask where he was. Once installation was complete and let the system run for 24 hours, realized it wasn't working as it should. Called numerous times, left messages on phones that had answering machines, others said mailbox wasn't set up yet. Didn't hear back from them until five days later....ridiculous. Once they called back, said can't make it back out until the following week. Horrible customer service. Now the system leaks all over the floor and we are still waiting for them to call us back. I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use them again. Waste of time and money.
Requested service on a grage door a year ago and they were out the same day and repaired. Having issues with the garage door again so contatcted them on Dec 18th for service, which we had set up for jan 4/5th. Not ideal, but understand they are busy this time of year. Went to confirm the service this week and was told they could not make it. Had to contact them twice before getting this response. They asked if I would like service next Tuesday. At this point, can't really trust they will show so not feeling like buring a vacation day for them not to show again. Too bad, as the first service call was so professional.
They were great! They got the job done fast and I would highly recommend them.

I am happy to give 3 Brothers Mechanical 5 stars. If I could I would give this company ten stars. Their work for me was without question efficient, done swiftly at a reasonable financial rate, with friendly service. I recommend them highly.
Can't say enough about 3 Brothers. We had a problem with our oil burner causing us to lose our hot water. We called our oil company who quoted us $900 for repair costs. I decided to get another estimate and came across 3 Brothers online. I am so happy I did! Eric said they would be able to do the job for $100 less so we decided to have him do the work as money is a little tight right now. Come to find out, the problem was misdiagnosed by our oil company and Eric was able to fix the REAL problem for half of what I was expecting to have to pay! I am so impressed with his integrity and truly appreciate the fact that he was able to get everything back into working order. I am truly impressed with 3 Brothers and highly recommend them to anyone!!!!
