Bruce and Mitchell saved the day at my Merrimack home. Quick response , quickly found the broken shower head inside the wall...repaired and were really fair with the Bill. Would give 6 stars if possible

Mark and Bruce are absolutely the best. I purchased a new HVAC system for a Condominium, and a Mitsubishi Mini-Split HVAC system for my office. My father had an emergency HVAC system issue, and Mark came out right away! Didn't charge any Emergency related fee either. Also, the City of Nashua Building Department Code-Enforcement told me directly that D&R is by far the best in terms of their quality materials & labor. You will be in great hands with these guys!
When another heating service red flag my furnace that company couldn’t offer a real estimate. Only kept saying it was going to be the price of a new car! I then called D & R. Within an hour one of the men was there & could offer a real price on replacing my old furnace & taking the old furnace with him!
I think their answering service needs help, but they do incredibly great work. I recommend them highly. They fixed some minor problems and and also installed a new heating system at a reasonable cost. I always recommend them to others and never hesitate to call them back.
This review won't be based on the quality of the work because after 3 calls and almost 2 months, nobody has come out to look at my leaky shower valve. I guess they don't need the work.
Came home to find out the shower on/off faucet had snapped off with the water running. There was no way to shut off the water at the shower. I had to shut the water off coming into the house. After spending an hour trying to get the piece out, resorted to calling D&R Plumbing. It was 6:30PM and left a message with their service. Got a call back in a couple minutes and scheduled to get it fixed that evening. Bruce arrived and had it fixed in short order. He was extremely cordial and the cost was very reasonable. I will use D&R in the future and will recommend them to friends.
Would love to review the quality of their work, but after a week of waiting for an estimate, I still didn't receive one even after calling four days later asking where the estimate was. And this is in November, for a new boiler, when mine doesn't work and I have no heat. If you can't trust these guys to at least deliver an ESTIMATE on time, what can you trust them with?
