Zach Fulcher was very thorough, friendly, professional and explained everything as he did his inspection and zeroed in on the problems with the AC. I learned a lot from him—he knows his stuff. The unit was fixed and the house was cooled down in time for all the July 4 activities. Zach was just great. I’d highly recommend him. Thank you!

Showed up within a few hours of calling, fixed my drain issue and cheaper then I expected for a plumber these days.
Mike did an exceptional job gas piping my generator. He had some challenges getting the pipe from the meter to the unit that he tackled expertly. I'm very happy with the service I got from Eyman!
I am totally disgusted and annoyed with Eyeman Plumbing. In my opinion, this company is a complete mess. I feel as though we were forgotten about and pushed to the back burner repeatedly. I don’t believe we ever reached a resolution with the issue we tried having Eyeman Plumbing address - we just received bills demanding payment, the last of which threatened legal action when the issue was still being worked on as far as I knew - very awkward, in my opinion. I requested callbacks several times and didn’t hear back from anybody. We received so many excuses and apologies from the manager handling our project, but ultimately, they failed to follow up with us, and our patience ran out as weeks passed. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone - we had a horrible experience, and we would strongly discourage anyone from using Eyeman Plumbing. We are local business owners who communicate regularly with a lot of people - we will forever discourage anyone and everyone from using Eyeman Plumbing due to our horrible experience with the company. *Update - the company reached out to us with an apology, and they refunded our payment. The experience will always remain a bad one, but we do appreciate them trying to make things right in some form.
Eyman came out to our business to work on a water source heat pump. The speedy service and price were great! But what really stood out was The tech they sent. Kevin was AWESOME! Professional, kept a clean work area and was able to fix our problem in a short time. We were told it needed replaced by another company, so it is great when you find an honest company with friendly and professional employees!!😁 James Director of Maintenance

I have used Eyman for HVAC in the past, had an issue with a leaking sink. Tim was very professional, explained the problem and quickly repaired it. He did a great job!
Had company look at our heated driveway. They would do diagnostic tests and never get back to us on what I believe are the full results after months leaving their equipment at our house. They sent us a bill for what, I’m not sure, since I don’t think they fully diagnosed anything and just forgot us. Do not recommend to anyone.
Thank you to Eyman Drain Tech Scott Case for coming out to fix ALL my drain needs! He was courteous, professional, and quick! He was so helpful in teaching us how to better care for our drains as well! I couldn’t be more pleased with our service today! Thanks to Eyman and Tangi in the drain department we were able to schedule for the first appt of the day and all services were rendered on time! Amazing service!
Damien came out to install a new furnace today. They/He was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained all details. I’ve used Eyman before and have had really good service. I would/will use again, and refer them!!
Erin Wolsleben came out and helped us get a new water heater installed. He got here, and was very courteous and professional. He assured me everything would be done properly. He worked efficiently, and if I had a question, he answered honestly. He didn’t try to tack on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need, he knew all we needed was the water heater, and he said everything else was great. We will definitely try to make sure we get him specifically if any other problems arise. 10 out of 10 across the board.
Tangi was awesome, got us on the Vac Truck schedule way faster than I ever expected. Her communication was excellent! Frank our Technician did a fantastic job, battled 7,000 gallons of sludge and kept our business operational the whole time. Wow! So impressed with how prompt, professional and honest this company was! They answered an after hours call, helped us with what turned out to be an easy water heater fix and were so kind throughout! Very reasonably priced! Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects and will recommend to everyone who asks!

This is Thom’s wife, Lorraine Boyd. My furnace went out yesterday and I missed the call by serviceman Aaron that he was ready to come out. As a result I lost my chance to have him come out yesterday. 😢 I took a chance and called Aaron after hours anyway and he called me right back. He was off duty but said he could try to help on the phone. We FaceTimed. I ran up and down the stairs at his command, trying all kinds of things. He ended up sending me outside (-40*) to check the vents. Sure enough, he was right. The condensation in them had frozen and blocked them. I made a small hole in them and my furnace worked again!! Aaron was patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was warming up when I went to bed. I am eternally grateful to him for his help! It was off again this morning but I was able to go back out and do a more thorough job and get the heat up and running again! Because of my above and beyond experience with both the office and Aaron, I am putting them in my phone contacts and will use Eyman from now on! Thank you for your outstanding service! Eyman far exceeded my expectations for both the repair and maintenance of my shop. The techs Frank, Austin and Dylan were very helpful and got the job done right!
I was originally going to give a one star ⭐️ due to the painful back and forth with scheduling. But Matt, the tech who provided us service, was an outstanding guy both personally and professionally. The issue is still not resolved (faulty from factory) but he is going above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Matt!
Jim knocked it out of the park at my house today! I’m already telling everyone about the best service experience I’ve had in a long time. Jim fixed every fixture in my bathroom (toilet, tub faucet, shower head, and sink) in one hour. Due to low usage in my guest bathroom these all needed some attention before I have guests stay at my home for Christmas. He took the time to understand the issue, diagnose/confirm, and offer solutions. As a woman, I often have service providers think they need to over explain things to me—which is not necessary. Jim did not talk down to me, he treated me like a competent person! It was refreshing. He was professional, respectful, kind, and efficient. Keep Jim around! I know I’ll be asking for him if I ever have any future plumbing needs. I’m going to tell my friends and family to do the same!
