Caleb went the extra mile and troubleshot our malfunctioning thermostat, by passed the smart hub, and installed a new thermostat. Very professional. Would recommend in a heart beat.

Had to make an after hours call when I my AC stopped working on a hot day. Dylan immediately knew what the problem was and replaced the part. He was informative, friendly, and very courteous. I know I can always count on Apex to take care of my system.

Great service and knowledgeable people! Dylan was prompt and courteous. He recommended and installed a Plasma Pure Whole Home Air Purification System in our HVAC system. The air purification unit helped reduce pollen, pet dander, dust, and bacteria in our home. Thank you APEX!
Caleb was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a lot of information on our furnace and even set up a quote for us to get a new furnace. I would definitely recommend these guys. They are a small family business which I would definitely support. I have used them in the past for furnace checks and received the same results, highly recommend. Thank you guys.
I will be using Apex from here on out. Our heat went out last night when it was -12 degrees out. We were all huddled in our bedroom with a space heater. I had been using Burton so we gave them a call. Soonest they could come out was 4 days. Unacceptable. So long Burton. We called a few more places and no one could come out for days. Finally found Apex and gave them a call. They were at my house within 2 hours. Caleb, the tech, did an amazing job. It ended up being a pretty difficult repair. the entire circuit board needed to be replaced. Caleb was able to find the part out in town, go get it, do the warranty work and the installation in a flash. When we first discovered the problem, I thought I was going to be on the hook for thousands. Nope. Even with the emergency visit, the extended troubleshooting time, having to go out in town to get the part and several hours of installation time, he was still out the door at only 500 bucks. I'm happy to be rid of Burton and supporting a small local business instead. With the way they performed, it was a no brainer. Keep up the amazing work Caleb and Apex!

Apex did a super job on the installation of my new 92 percent 4 ton hvac system. Crew was responsible and professional and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to any family or friends. Price was competitive as well. Good job!!!
Colton was very polite to me and my dog and kept me updated on his eta for my winter inspection. When he got here he did a very thorough inspection and talked to me in full detail about every single checkpoint. He also went above and beyond to help me clean up the dust on the unit.
This place is an absolute scam. They lied about charges I would incur. They expect people to pay them $100 just to knock on the door then blindside you with an additional "troubleshooting" charge for $135. The main problem was that I already told them what the problem was and that is exactly what they fixed so there was zero troubleshooting. The owner was a complete scumbag when I tried talking logically about the situation. They committed fraud and deception. Stay far away from this sleazy business. I was forced to rate this with a star but believe me it should be negative stars.

COMPANY IS A SCAM! Twice they have been to our house for semi-annual maintenance check-ups and both times had expensive repairs DAYS AFTER APEX LEFT. Typical CONS, not a trustworthy business! Techs also spent excessive amounts of time (30 minutes plus) talking about their personal lives as I was trying to work from home.
Called apex on a Sunday morning and left a message for them to call back, they called at 8 am Monday morning and we’re there same day. These guys worked their butts off to get our a/c running on a 90 degree day. Definitely recommend!

Caleb and Rick did an awesome job. My furnace fan motor stopped working. They replaced it same day within a couple of hours. They were professional and very nice. What I appreciated the most was their communication. They walked me through their whole process and explained why it was the fan motor that was broken. Highly recommend Apex. I will use these solely with any future repairs/services.
This company gives outstanding service. Caleb, our technician explains everything and always does superior work. The response time we received for an after hours A/C issue was above and beyond! Within two hours we were up and running! I highly recommend this small family owned business!!

I had my AC unit checked by Apex. They provided a confirmation call the day before and tech called when he was inroute. Colton looked over the unit and took his time to explain all his findings. I would have Colton back to service my unit in the fall. Thanks Colton great customer service!
