I've used Accurate for well over a decade and they are great! Justin is one of the most knowledgable HVAC mechanics around. You will not be disappointed with them or their price.

I recently moved to Nebraska from another state and purchased a condo. I received no historical maintenance information for my HVAC system, so it was important to schedule an appointment for a check before winter. I’m so pleased with the service I received, Justin thoroughly explained all that was performed and patiently addressed each of my concerns. I will most certainly be contacting Accurate for my future HVAC needs!
Amazing customer service!! We’ve used Accurate for several years and they’ve always been great. Last summer we had some crazy problem with our AC after installing a new one and had some issue with the duct work after but Justin never gave up!! He came back as many times as we asked and incredibly figured out the complicated issue. They never charged extra or gave us any hassle even though we called them back several times and probably made them crazy. When they say customer comfort, they really mean it — this isn’t the first time Justin has bent over backwards to get it right. The receptionists are always kind and remember you. Their customer service is truly amazing and their prices have always been fair. We highly recommend them!

I've had two experiences with Accurate in the last year (separate issues!) and I am impressed with their service and their prices. Justin was our tech this time; he was on time, cleaned up well afterwards, and explained the issues and repairs thoroughly. I have no reason to look anywhere else for furnace/AC repair.
