Snyder's takes excellent care of our family. Calls are answered 24/7, and they are quick to get an appointment set up and resolve issues quickly. Kyle is absolutely amazing.

We bought a $16,000 geothermal heating and air conditioning system from Snyder"s with a 10 year parts and service warranty in March of 2020. The system has never worked right. After numerous service calls and the system not heating at all. we were told that Snyder's would no longer be our service provider. We still had 7 years and 3 months left on on service warranty. We asked what we were supposed to do for heat in the middle of December and sub zero temperatures forecast within days. Their response was "Go stay at an air B&B."

This morning our AC wasn't cooling the house. It was 99 outside and up to 85 in our house when Jacob called. He noticed we were on his schedule for tomorrow (first available), but due to a cancellation he had an opening. Within 20 minutes he had replaced the broken part, cool air was blowing, and I had already paid the invoice on my phone. We've used Snyder's for plumbing, water heater, and even heating on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend their service.

Jake is AMAZING!!! My AC went out on Monday night and I called at 9:00pm. He said he was in the neighborhood just over from mine and asked if he could come when he finished up there. He was at my house at 9:20pm!!! Who does that?!!! Jake does!!! This was also on one of the hottest days of the year. When he came I told him I had 16 family members coming in for a graduation in 2 days. He told me he needed to order a part and would have to come back. He had that up and running before family arrived 2 days later. I cannot say enough great things about this guy or this company! As long as they're in business I will never use anyone else! Thank you so much!!! Jake is a total professional who goes the extra mile. This guy deserves a raise!!!
Called with a small gas leak in the kitchen. Snyder’s was able to get us an appointment quickly. Adrian showed up, found the issue and fixed it. Great customer service. We’ve used Snyder’s before for other work and they’ve always been very friendly and professional. Will continue to call when I need help and definitely recommend. Thanks!
Adrian was very professional and courteous. Replacing the outside hydrant was completed quickly and cleanly. Fully explained estimated cost before arriving, what he was going to do to fix it and showed me where the pipe burst after replacing. If everyone at Synder’s is like Adrian they have a great team and have earned repeat business from me. People make all the difference and Adrian is great. Highly recommend.

This group is always available and prompt with appointments. I have used both A/C Services and Plumbing Services for years and continue to be happy with my decision to use this company. They are easy to communicate with when needing to assess the situation and make a decision. I feel I have a good working relationship with this crew and that is always important. They are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Adrian has been working on a project lately that has required a lot of communication. He excels at that and has kept me updated on the progress of parts etc. He does good work and I am confident in his work.
