The owner went above and beyond in attempt to diagnose and fix our hvac system. Even after his technician, who was a pleasure to have in our home, wasn’t able to fix the issue that they thought it was, we weren’t charged for the part. The owner of the company was trying to prolong the life of our 13yo unit for a few more years but it didn’t work out. No fault of his own. The owner spent a good time on the phone with me, going over our options and explained them all in great detail. He never made me feel like a burden or an annoyance in my questions and concerns. If you’re looking for a hometown feel company that you can trust, you have found it.

This is what customer service should look like in every business. Ron and his team of technicians were out within an hour of calling. Professional, responsive, and came on a weekend before we left town on vacation in 100 degree heat! I rarely write long reviews, but this is a business which operates with the client in mind. How refreshing is that? Thanks Muller Mechanical for getting us back up and running. Also want to give a shout out to Wade (technician). Very polite, friendly, courteous, and cared about our home.
Simply a great group of people
I called them this morning when they opened and a few hours later our AC is already back in business with a new capacitor, which Wade quickly diagnosed as the problem and got to work fixing. I'm so thankful my friend recommended me to them, and I will recommend them to our friends as well. Thank you!
I had issues with my AC and they were prompty out that day to look at. The service man fixed immedistely as it was just a capacitor. The service call was $95. To my surprise the capacitor cost $160 which could have been bought on the internet for $26. Wholesale cost is around $15.
Ron and his team were great. We had our AC go out. They called the next morning and had someone in our neighborhood already, so they were able to stop by. Nick the technician was very nice and professional. Subsequently had to replace the coils and they were able to get the part quickly and performed the replacement. Highly recommend!!!
We called Muller as a coldest night was upon us and the furnace wasn't putting out heat, they stepped up to make sure they came out right away to see how they could help, they had to order parts the next day as ours wasn't a brand they normally carry, but they did make it a priority to help us and did so professionally and reasonably priced, Would definitely recommend!
Amazing people who do quality work
Horrible customer service. I'm guessing not a big enough job so no call back. I have to guess of course because they never called back. I talked to someone at their office/shop gave some info including my # and was told that the person who could help me would be calling me back ASAP. This was a Friday afternoon 90+ degrees out holiday weekend so Noone open Monday and my AC was not working and they don't even call back and still have never called back. Getting the system going was under $200 to limp it along waiting until it can get replaced, but replacement is almost $10k... not sure what the markup is in this biz but I'm guessing not making that call cost a few $$$
Absolutely 5 stars all the way. All the technicians are outstanding. They respond to calls quickly and are very thorough. They have maintained and fixed both my AC and heating since I moved here three years ago, and I could not be happier with the service. Dr. Lynn Soots
Muller did a great job installing our new air conditioner and furnace. All of the guys were very professional and friendly. Love the owner he even worked it out for them to come earlier than planned when our ac stopped working and it was super hot outside! Great company and great people- definately recommend!!
Their employees are top-notch, extremely friendly and extremely hard-working. The owners, Rob and Ron, are always available and are frequently on the job working alongside their people. I cannot Recommend them highly enough! Call them and you will be happy
This summer (2020) I had them come out to replace my AC and Furnace. They were very reliable and professional they showed up on time and were flexible with my college schedule. I was having other work done at my house and they even offered a few recommendations as well. This winter (2020) I had issues with my heating. They came quickly to fix the issue even though the office was closed and it was a Saturday. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. Very nice people and easy to ask questions knowing you’ll get an honest answer.
I had a large renovation project and Muller Mechanical came out to do exceptional, efficient, and professional work. I am absolutely thankful for the job they have done, and will do for me and my family in the future. Please call these gentlemen if you want the job done right! Thank you Rob!

Fantastic service and loyalty. Have had Rob and Ron take care of our HVAC needs for nearly 10 years. Hot or cold, they have been quick to respond and take care of the issue within days if not hours. Honest and reliable.

We replaced our complete HVAC system in the spring of 2018 with Muller Mechanical. Their service, professionalism, and "bedside manner" completely exceeded all of our expectations. I considered reviewing them at that time because I enjoyed the experience so much, but waited through the HOT summer as I wanted to verify how the system performed. After a very hot summer I can honestly say that our home has never been so comfortable in the nearly 13 years we have owned it. Historically, we would have "hot spots" in the house and in fact used 2 portable AC units to compensate during the most demanding parts of the summer. Because of their expertise the system was sized properly (more capacity) and yet is still much more efficient. All the hot spots are now gone and we are considering Craigslisting the portable units. Rob and Ron have been absolutely great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone! Todd Jones Parkville, MO
