Its always fun to come to this store. Good people clean restrooms always make a day better. Fred and Travis always find a way to help us CLR heating and cooling out.

I have to use them for parts but when I'm at the store it always feels like you're bothering the counter help.

Horrible customer service. After waiting on hold for 15 min they are almost upset they have to even take your order. I don't know why they don't just hang a sign in the front window that says " WE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS GO SOMEPLACE ELSE". At least someone would not have to get our of their car to find out that is their attitude once they get to the counter.
As a Lennox Dealer we absolutely love this place and it's people. Jack Jack works at the counter and is one of the best employees in their company.

You would think being an hvac store they would sell to most but screw you guys. Yall are about as worthless as a swim suite in an ice storm atleast put a sighn up "we could care less if freeze" ignorant company.
