Have been using them since I moved to kansas city over a year ago. I have had nothing but great experiences and top notch work. Would recommend them for your plumbing needs. Photos are of a sump and pump they installed.
David called earlier than the appointed time to see if I would like him to be there soonerr. He did a good job and answered any questions I had. completely satisfied.
I was very happy with the responsive service Full Nelson provided in the replacement of our water heater. Jesse, the plumbing technician, was professional and thorough in explaining the condition of the water heater and providing replacement options. The heater replacement was completed in a timely manner and reflected pride in his work.
Ray came out to do a simple bath tub installation, which turned into a major undertaking with our needing new outside water lines and a variety of other things. Everyone that came out did a great job as quickly as they could.
The floor drain in my garage that the AC unit drained into was clogged so I couldn’t run my AC in 90+ degree weather. Full Nelson was responsive and got James out to my house within a day and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. James was extremely professional and polite and made me aware of optional add ons to prevent the problem from happening in the future without being pushy at all. Would definitely recommend this company and especially James!
Andrew showed up at our house for our summer HVAC. We have an older unit, so we know we need to keep it maintenanced to last longer. Andrew was full of tools and knowledge on ways to keep our older hvac system running. He also shared some knowledge around some plumbing questions. Overall, very informative and helpful. Its so nice to talk to be able to talk to someone and feel like they care.
Service was restored and detail oriented. The customer service was a pleasant experience and respectful. I would recommend this company.
Very reliable, professional, and timely. I have used them before and I came back because of the initial good experience. The second service was just as satisfactory and consistent.
2023 Update: Excellent service and can tell they really care. 2021: We had a few items that needed attention. The pre-appointment notice, call morning of and follow-up customer sat check were awesome. Clearly Full Nelson really cares. Justin was the master plumber and he is absolutely incredible. So kind, thoughtful and detailed. Explained every aspect and kept us updated. Kind of guy you'd trust your house keys with. The quality of work Justin provided caused me to get a few other things done. When you find a person who does quality work, you want to get everything done. I hope Justin reads this because I want him to know how much I appreciate the level of professionalism and explaining everything. I highly recommend Full Nelson Plumbing and HVAC!
Wish my repair could have been less expensive but I do not mind paying for quality. Thanks for a great job. UPDATE - had a HVAC specialist (Jeremy) perform an AC checkup. Arrived on time, professional and thorough. I highly recommend FN and Jeremy for HVAC issues.
Jeremy was professional, polite and arrived when he said. He listened to my questions and explained things clearly. He is part of the reason I will continue to stay with this company!
Our sink was dripping at the base and Into the cabinet below. Jessie from Full Nelson came out and had it resolved within 2 minutes after entering the house! He could’ve quickly wrapped up the appointment too, but walked me through how the issue could’ve happened and made sure we had full proof once the leak stopped. He then talked me through more helpful tips with our faucet, so if it happens again or we need to replace or clean I’m fully capable! At the end he even tried to save us more money on the job too!! He was great!
Full Nelson completed my annual A/C system inspection. I have used Full Nelson for all my household plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you, Toby, for helping our house stay cool for another summer season.
I was impressed with our techs Jesse and Tommy for their knowledge and how they dealt with us. Both men had good communication skills as to the nature of the problem and solutions available and scheduling each day. Then they worked like troopers to resolve the problem. The replacement is truly a work of art, we, my wife and I, have both been in the trades, so we asked them to sign it. They both had a good sense of humor. If future service is necessary we will check their availability as our technician. Photo is one stack. The second stack lovely too, but no picture yet.
It’s great to have a contractor that you can count on to take care of issues (big and small) in a fast, professional and friendly way. Full Nelson Services has been the only one I call for the last eight years. Very highly recommend them for plumbing and HVAC. Keep up the awesome work.
Full Nelson sent their technician Ray out for my plumbing issue. Ray was able to locate the issue, clear the line. Ray also worked with me to explain what was going on and made sure I understood the process as it was unfolding. I am so grateful for Ray's help! The office staff Miss. Got the A/C tune up done before the summer fully started and the house is markedly colder and the A/C runs less often. Great job, thanks Andrew.
Jesse did an outstanding job replacing some leaking shut off valves and replaced the external spigot to complete the job. Definitely recommend him and the company for your plumbing needs.
Robb was on time,professional, knowledgeable and polite. Robb came in accessed the problem , provided a quote for the repair and got to work. The repair did not take long. When I had a question, Robb provided the answer. Robb is an amazing addition to your business.
