R-Mech quickly diagnosed the electrical problem with our outdoor unit. We were back to cooling within a few hours. Many thanks.
Higher price than other quotes and forgot our appointment as a no show then didn't turn the air back on at the power source so we thought it was still non-working and had to call again. They supposedly tested it after repair but that's not possible when it's off, you wouldn't turn it off again after testing so that can't have happened. Just a mediocre service at a high price.
Since they put my furnace in I have only called R-Mech. They are the best at what they do. The tech that came today was very respectful and informative. Very professional. Thank you so much. I tell all my friends you are the best!!!
Fantastic! They changed out my exterior faucet. Prompt, kind, courteous, and very professional! Did a great job and did it right the first time! Highly recommend!
I called to setup the A/C inspection and they scheduled it from 1-5PM about a week later. The morning of the inspection I called to verify the time and they had no record of the booking. Luckily they were able to schedule it for that afternoon still. Tech called he was on his way and about 30 minutes away, however he went to the completely wrong address. After waiting another half an hour for him he arrived. He didn't bring a ladder, so he didn't inspect my interior air handler at all and didn't bring anything to clean the coils with outside so they didn't get cleaned either. He also didn't point out that I was missing the insulation on my refrigerant lines. Wasn't worth the fight at the time to contest the charge for the work not being done so I just paid the $69 and will not be using R Mech again. Then a couple days later I get an invoice in my email for a property that wasn't mine they were trying to charge me for even though I had already paid for mine. Seemed really sketchy. I immediately called and they apologized and said they would fix it. Only reason they don't get one star is everyone I talked to on the phone and the tech were very polite and professional.
After having a bad experience with a local company, RMech came in and figured out our issue in a short amount of time and saved us at least $1000 In unnecessary charges. These guys have found themselves a new client!
The installers found major floor problems, and had to stop. As soon as it was repaired they were back and finished in one day. I was completely satisfied. Will definitely use them again.
I used R Mech last year when my water sourced heat pump was acting up. Though R Mech is a self-described expert in heat pumps, the first technician said my thermostat just needed replaced, so I was disappointed when it proved to be a misdiagnosis after purchasing and installing a new one with same issue. When they came back out to try again, it was obvious the new technician did not have experience with this type of heat pump and was struggling to interpret his own diagnostic codes, so all in all I paid $99 for no accurate diagnosis, and wasted time. Thankfully a family friend found a patch fix, but now needing my system serviced again and I don’t think I’ll be using R Mech because if they do have experts, it certainly wasn’t the people they dispatched to me last year.
I had paid for an outside faucet replacement, but the plumber, Kyle, couldn't do that because of a finished basement. He suggested a parts replacement; even had the parts on his van. This fixed the leak. Kyle was very experienced, and helpful.
Carlos was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the issue and provided a quote to repair.
A/C repair was $275. Put in new capacitor. Fan was not turning. After some physical help it started, I paid the bill, ran till repairman was about 2 blocks down the street. IF I had bought a new system from them it would have come off my cost of that. I did not get a new unit through R-MECH. Estimator for new system cost; I thought he was very knowledgeable and quite helpful explaining everything as he went along. He gave a thorough estimate. Appreciate it.
Jon and James performed the annual maintenance on my water conditioner system. They did a great job and explained what they were doing as the job proceeded. My first experience with their company was pleasing.
Patrick and Charlie were the best. Very professional in what they did. Both my systems look and perform as promised. They cleaned up and left no trash behind. Patrick even worked OT to ensure that the installation was done properly. I will definitely use R-Mech in the future if the situation arises (not to soon I hope though). Highly recommend R-Mech. My Sales Advisor was Joe Brown and he did an excellent job of getting me my system within my Budget.
Mike was absolutely the best. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so I could make the best decision. The problem occurred on weekend and the quick response from the phone contact to Mike’s arrival was great. Highly recommend this company.
Our technician was right on time, and worked very quickly. He answered every question we had and was very pleasant.

R-Mech correctly diagnosed a problem with our air conditioning system that another company had completely wrong and figured out how to replace our AC without requiring us to replace the entire system. I am using R-Mech heating cooling and plumbing for a few years and always happy with the final result. Their technician Brendon which I am using all the time is very dependable and loyal guy to his customers. He comes always on time and do very good work. I recommend this company for my friends and relatives.
I dealt with 3 employees to replace the heating and air conditioning equipment in our home. They were professional and courteous, explained the installation process very well and were careful in their work. They did an excellent job of removing the old equipment and cleaned up well after the installation was completed. I highly recommended this company.
