Jeremy came over the next day to look at a specific issue for my 60 year old system I thought was the problem, but instead wanted to understand my underlying issue. After a very quick initial diagnosis, Jeremy identified the problem with a blockage in my system. He also cleaned out my blower motor. Thank you Jeremy!
I'm actually ashamed that I never posted a review for Jeremy and his crew of gun Heating and Air. My name is Patty I own and operate the Humble Home and enduring the journey Gardens in Independence Missouri. In 2017 I had a terrible time with heating and air from a previous install. Times were tight for me then and Jeremy literally had to tear out the entire return air system that was improperly installed with two 8-in duct tubes instead of a 24x12 return air box. I won't name the company that originally installed it I don't feel that that would be the Christian thing to do. However I want to say this Jeremy installed a new Goodman to Stage heat system redesigned and custom built a return air system did the work professionally over several days based on my time frame and not his. He was a joy to witness working his coworkers carry the same professionalism and perfection in their work. He actually completed all the furnace and ductwork within a day of the bill cycling. Due to his knowledge on what needed to be installed to properly function efficiently and economically my utility bill dropped $150 a month which was a combination of gas and electric. Due to the incorrect previous install the unit was only functioning at about 30% of its capacity and straining to pull return air through the property on approximately 2400 square feet. This work was done in 2017. Approximately two weeks ago my exterior AC unit was damaged and the compressor overheated and melting wires due to a tenant who inadvertently turn the AC on in February when we had several days of warm weather while the unit was securely strapped with winter cover. Telling my fault for not pulling the disconnect on the outside of the house and flipping it over. I only say this because Jeremy's very proficient and will assist in informing residence and Commercial properties of how to get their units to last long. Our furnace quit working when temps were -4 outside at 10pm. We called Jeremy and he immediately diagnosed the issue over the phone and headed our way. Five stars are not enough for these guys — they truly care about their customers. As a single mom, I often feel that I am at the mercy of the degree of honesty of repairmen. But I know I am in good hands with these gentlemen — they got to me fast and fixed my heater’s problem within a couple of hours — even though I needed a significant part replaced. They truly wanted to make sure I didn’t have to go the weekend without heat as temperatures were to be fastly dropping below freezing. And one of my friend’s confirmed they gave me a fantastic price as she had the same repair done by a competing company at a much higher price. Call them — you won’t be disappointed!

Jeremy Long was referred by my daughter who used him before they moved to AZ. She assured me that Jeremy would help me. She was right. My AC blew a capacitor that had been installed on May 15th, 2022. Jeremy was headed out of town but he made one last call and showed up on the day I called and found bad wire connection and a too small capacitor causing it to burn out. Jeremy was very compassionate and honest and did only what needed to be done. I would recommend using Jeremy over any other company knowing he has integrity, competence and is an honest individual. AC wasnt working right and our property manager sent Jeremy out. He was able to get to us on a busy hot summer day in record time. He stayed in touch and answered any of my questions before he even got here.He was professional and took care of the AC problem and had it running and cooling in record time. Jeremy and team have been our 'go-to' HVAC experts for the past several years...for everything from minor repairs to a new HVAC unit to maintenance. The Gunn H&C team could just be professional and prompt - that would make them a good choice. But when you add on the genuine desire to help clients (like family), the responsiveness (early or late, even weekends), the depth of knowledge, and the solution-based and honest assessments, they should be your first and only choice! Most recently, the Gunn H&C team has helped us keep a very old AC unit running during this hot summer at my mom's home. She has advanced COPD and cannot be without AC. Jeremy and team understood the situation, and have always fit in Mom's calls. I will recommend Gunn H&C every time!

We had such a great experience with Jeremy and his technicians! We had our AC go out and Jeremy was quick to respond and he worked diligently through the evening to set a plan for a full replacement the very next day! Not only were we extremely grateful to have AC again on a 90 degree day, but it was also a blessing to not be forced to cancel our child’s birthday party that afternoon! I got their name a few years back when our blower motor went out, they came out the next day, I was very impressed with their down to earth approach and professional manner. Our system needed to be upgraded, so obviously, they were the first people we called. The price was very reasonable, the work was impeccable, very good work. I should know, after 25 years in construction, I can honestly say this, this is a company I trust
We did a lot of research and had several HVAC companies come out and give us quotes and Gun Heating was offering a furnace that no one else was offering. Jeremy and his technicians were very helpfull and very knowledgeable and it was a great company to work with. The variable speed blower motor is worth the upgrade.
