There was a miscommunication and I thought my appointment was a day earlier then it was but they still came out on the day I thought was my appointment. Everyone I talked with was very nice and professional and their prices was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Stephen was awesome! Made me feel like a priority even though I didn’t have an emergency situation. Very timely and professional! They are my new goto for heating and cooling. Highly recommend!

Were able to book same-day service call, and do repairs on site after diagnostic. We went from blind shopping for a solution to a fixed unit in less than 18 hours. Will definitely call again.

As always, Stephen was on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything to me in terms I can understand. They put our new system in a few months ago and came to service it for routine maintenance. They made sure the system was clean and ready to use. We switched to Premier Heating and Cooling after using another big box company for 10 years and we have truly been missing out! Doing the monthly fee to keep bills regular and to avoid bigger fees at maintenance time is genius! It is comforting to know that we have the same payment each month and our maintenance is covered for the year. Ends up being cheaper than the other company we used too. Thank you for the wonderful customer service as well! The text message reminders and alerts that they are on the way are perfect! Cant recommend you all enough!
Once again, only the best experience with Stephen, Laura, and Premier! They installed a new whole House humidifier and did a wonderful job! It made a huge difference for us right from the start. We sleep better, feel better, and the house feels warmer even though it’s at the same temp as before. Couldn’t be happier, thanks Premier!
We used premier comfort to replace a 30-year-old heating and a/c system. Stephen took the time to do the job right and he answered all our questions along the way. Starting to see the efficiency gains! Also happy to use Premier Comfort for our annual HVAC maintenance.
They showed up at midnight the day before Christmas Eve and fixed our furnace in negative temperatures. Fantastic service and on time - would highly recommend.
When our heat went out on Christmas Eve, I wasn’t sure what we were going to do. Thankfully I found the info Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling on a Facebook post and was able to talk to Laura who is one of the owners. My heat was fixed in just over an hour after getting in contact with Laura. Just AMAZING response times and customer service especially on a holiday weekend. Thanks again, Laura and Stephen! We are very thankful for you both!
Will definitely be using this company moving forward! Even though it is Christmas, they answered my phone call immediately and were out to my house within 1.5 hrs of my call! Very professional, took the time to explain things to me, got it all fixed, all around great experience!
