Fantastic working with KC Comfort Champs. We had mini splits installed in our second floor. Chad walked us through the options, made sure to understand our needs, and install went smooth and quick. Can’t recommend enough!

Technicians showed up on time and were exceptionally careful about maintaining the cleanliness of the inside of my house as well as thorough in their explanation of what work they were performing and why they were performing it.

They were able to respond quickly, were very professional, explained what was wrong with my system and provide a cost prior to doing the work. They also were ver knowledgeable and willing to educate about my current system and what I may need in the future. I highly recommend!

Chad and Brendon did a thorough job on a very humid day making sure our A/C system was well serviced. Chad also climbed into my (very hot) attic to discover solutions to improve the quality of air flow and to repair a leak in a split unit A/C! What a difference this is going to make in our comfort and in reducing our monthly cooling costs!!! Thank you for always taking such good care of us! Much appreciation and gratitude

Very responsive. Was able to come check out my furnace quickly. Did not try and make us fix things that didn't need to be fixed and also gave us some tips on how to make our older hvac system last longer.

KC Comfort Pros added a Whole House Humidifier to our existing system which is already helping us be more comfortable in our house during the cold months. Chad and Don also said that with the added humidity, we might be just as comfortable running our heat a degree or two cooler. They were right! I'm looking forward to breathing better and the extra energy savings!
