Keeping good, quality, consistent vendors to service a multi family property is difficult; especially since COVID. I learned about Green Rocket through a referral from a colleague. I have not been disappointed. Matthew shows up when he says he will, communicates everything, is respectful of my budget, and easy to work with. I like my residents happy. If they’re happy, I’m happy. Matthew makes this happen. If at any time during a job the scope of work changes or a part is called for not originally discussed, he stops and contacts me for approval. I recommend Matthew and Green Rocket to anyone looking for HVAC services.
I am a project coordinator at our company and we have been using Green Rocket Services for all of our HVAC needs since Sept 2020. We do new renovations on old houses. Green Rocket has helped tremendously in our projects staying under budget and they give us quick and accurate assessments and bids for our needs. Then they get the work done quickly to help us meet our deadlines. All the staff from billing to the supervisors and technicians are super professional, knowledgeable and are great with communication and follow up. They back up all their work and do what they say they will do with no surprise charges at the end. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
I am a property manager and I use them for make ready turns, painting, flooring, etc. They are great all around! Super professional and very customer service oriented. Great company!
Words can not express how grateful I am for this company. When I started on this property there was only one maintenance tech and 14 make readies that had "been completed". When I walked the units they were not even close to move in ready. Green Rocket came in and within days turned several units for me. Quick response time, great customer service, communication was top notch, amazing guys to work with and showed up in crews of 3 to 5 to knock out all my work for me. I was greatly impressed with everything from initial point of contact to final walk thru with them. Highly recommend using them. 5 stars to JP Sansone, Mike Ross and Steven Woodall.

I own a Restoration Waterproofing business and have worked with Richard at Green Rocket for about 3 years. I've worked with Richard Osborn and on all projects Richard has been way above and beyond 5 stars. When our company has completed projects for Green Rocket Services we have submitted invoices and they have been paid in a timely manner. Green Rocket Services is a company thats very professional and transparent and its a company you can definitely count on for as a vendor support on all levels. Company again 5+ stars and top notch.

We just had the exterior of our house painted by Green Rocket. I am known to have high standards for painting. I used to own a paint company. From start to finish they did an incredible job. JP and Karsen were very thorough with the first walkthrough. They understood what I wanted and delivered. All the edges were clean crisp lines. Karsen and Scott and the rest of the team were also very kind and professional. Best paint job I have ever had and that is saying a lot. Thank you!

They always take care of all my properties needs. If they don't do it to my expectations the first time (which is rare) they come back and fix any issues. JP is always ready to help. Great customer service!
