Mike and his organization did exceptional work. The quality of the work Mike and his employee's expect is top notch. I was impressed with the care taken to make sure things were done well on the installation! They take the time to provide quality and beyond expected services.
Got a full HVAC installment last year close to Thanksgiving time, Mike made sure to call me the day of service and go over the logistics. Few months later when I followed up to get documents signed for work done, Mike still was responsive and returned the documents in a timely manner. Grateful to have businesses that operate responsibly like this in our local area.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mike installed a NEW heating and air condenser system in my home last November (2021)….when summer came (2022) my home wasn’t cooling on the third level so I called Mike and he told me the reason was because i did not have vent covers to push the air up through the home which I was renovating and changing all of them out….now it is winter (2022) and cool air is blowing through my vents instead of warm air because my heat is on I called Mike several several times sent text messages (voicemail is full) and he has never returned my call. I’m guessing since his 1 year labor warranty is up he really has no reason to return my calls. My thermostat is set at 76 and the temperature in my home according to my thermostat has been on 65 for days now its very cold in here and the temps outside are in the negatives…try another company NOT them! TERRIBLE SERVICE actually NO SERVICE! Im terrified of my coming electric bill!

Epic repaired my a/c system. Epic was on-site quick and Mike quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a list of repair options and an estimate for each. I have used EPIC at least three times in the last 5+ years and I trust them to do quality work for a fair price. About a year ago Epic replaced my hot water heater and did a great job for a fair price. Epic is very responsive and easy to work with. They seem to always be able to schedule quick as well so very little down time. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
They installed a new coil. Very professional knowledgeable. They left the place clean and the AC works well

Showed up exactly on time. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed then tested in under a half hour. played out like a dream.
I have used them for many of my properties for years, I appreciate their honesty and quality of work, the fairness of their estimates and pricing quotes.. Not like some of the larger companies in town who are price gouging people due to being to large of an operation.

Epic has serviced my Heating & A/C at two homes over the last 6 years. Both houses had older units that I ultimately had replaced. Mike and his team did a fantastic job keeping the old units running to get me to a place I was ready to schedule replacement. I have been very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and professionalism in all aspects of my dealings with Epic Heating & AC!
Epic Heating & Cooling helped select the all the components for our new HVAC system for our commercial space. Installation stayed on schedule and the team was very clean in their work. We have had our system for one year and the AC keeps the space cool in the summer and the heat keeps us warm in the winter. Highly recommend Mike and his team!!
I've had Mike and his team come out twice now (both for maintenance & a diagnostic), and they were incredibly responsive, honest, and never attempted to sell me on a brand new HVAC upon inspection or initial diagnosis. It's old, I know we'll need one soon, but I really appreciate the honesty & transparency without the 'scare tactic'. When I DO need a new HVAC, I'll be calling Mike & his team.
I can't say enough about the cleanliness and timeliness of the service that we received from Epic Heating and AC. Very polite technicians and very reasonable prices compared to other estimates that we received from other contractors. I recommend this company 100 times.
