Awesome service and reliability! I’ve used Buckner’s for years and they always have amazing customer support and always helpful.
I actually went to FB and went on the KC North News to get recomendations on HVAC Company to call. After looking at all the different reviews I chose Buckner's to call. I did have a bid from the previous company I always used to do repairs but I chose Buckner's and I'm glad I did. I purchased a new HVAC system to replace my old antiquted system. They were on time. The three gentlemen that did the installation Ian, Shaun C and Max. They did an exceptional job that took all day. Their work was impeccable as they had a lot of work to do since my existing system was at least 30+ years old.They were polite and easy to talk with. They were very knowledgeable in explaing what to do with the new furnace, humidifier, thermostat and air conditioning unit. Will be looking forward to seeing a big difference it will make in my house this summer and winter. I will definately recommend this company to others.
We purchased a whole HVAC system replacement, and while everyone knows this is the most expensive single household purchase you will have to replace, Buckner's made this a very smooth and easy process! We had 3 gentlemen come install everything, Ian, Max and Caleb K. These gentlemen did an exquisite job!! They were very patient with all our questions and showing us how the system worked, very professional through the whole process and while replacing a system can be quite loud we told them my husband had meetings all morning they kept quiet enough for him to not be disturbed at all!! If you are needing a system replacement or even maintenance I would 100% recommend Buckner's Heating & Cool LLC!!!!
The technician didn’t do a thorough inspection and said the reverse valve coil needs to be replaced. I called another company for a second opinion and the issue was very simple nothing needed to be replaced. I will never use Buckner’s again.

I had my gas furnace go out while I was out of town. My family helped get it temporarily repaired by another company. It went out a week later when I was back, and the other company had a very high quote for repair. My gas hot water heater also died at the same time. I called Buckner's to get another quote that was significantly more reasonable and about $1000 less than the competition to fix BOTH issues instead of just the furnace. They saved me significant money by working out the warranty on the hot water heater part without me even realizing to ask about that! Both items were repaired very quickly by the nicest, most professional technicians. It was really a joy to talk with them while they conducted repairs. They will definitely be my go-to moving forward for all regular maintenance and repairs!
Buckner's was referred to me several years ago when my AC went out in the middle of the summer. They found a time to fit me in and repaired my AC quickly. This winter my heat went out and they came out quickly to assess the problem and discussed options with me. The best was to get a new system. They were able to schedule that quickly as well. I was not able to be home for the installation so my dad came. My dad is quite a bit more discerning than me about home repair/services. He was VERY impressed with the service and quality from Buckner's. If you are looking for a heating/cooling company then I would highly recommend Buckner's!
This business has such good, qualified people to handle the work you're needing done.. The young men have helped me solve problems (I'm 84) that aren't even related to the issue I've asked to have repaired. Just those kind of employees. You can't go wrong using this service.
We decided it was time to replace a 30 year old central air system because the energy bills were high and we had trouble cooling the second floor. Steve promptly came out and gave us several options. The installers came on schedule and completed the work in one day. Since then we have been comfortable and the monthly bills have been about a third less than last year.
We recently had two hvac units replaced, (yes eeek!); but the 2 crews from Buckner’s were a great group of guys that installed the new furnaces and ac condensers. Thanks to Max, Shaun C, Ian and Aiden who not only finished within one day, but were careful to help keep the dog and cats inside. Thank you for allowing our one cat to help supervise, and for leaving our property picked up and tidy. The AC units have been called upon plenty since the install. I have found that although the temperature setting is about 2* higher than we had the old unit, I hear comments it is cold in the house! Nice problem to quickly remedy. Thanks!
Arrived on time, were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They completed the job in the time they predicted, and gave me a tour of all the work when it was completed. Since a new thermostat was installed, they even took the time to completely describe its features and answer questions. Buckner's takes care of my business building as well, and their level of skill and work ethic is second to none. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
I chose Buckner's to install a new Trane AC and Furnace in my home. They arrived on schedule and installed the system in one day. Max and Ian were very professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. I could not be more pleased. Glad I chose Buckner's.
When we needed a new HVAC system we knew that it would be an expensive purchase. We went straight to Buckner's because of their commitment to service and their prompt responses to any issues. Steve B. gave us a fair estimate and answered all our questions. Couldn't have been more pleased with the options that Steve suggested and explained to us........or so we thought.......then we met Max and Ian (our installers) and from the time they arrived (ON TIME) to the time they left, they were both the epitome of what old quality service and work ethic is all about. Professional, considerate of our home and property, always ready to answer our questions and then when they were finished were still patient and attentive when explaining the remote thermostat system. Buckner installed a Rheem 50 gallon gas water 💧💦 heater today. Nine years warranty. $200 Mastercard rebate from Spire Gas. Highly recommend Buckner Heating and Cooling.
My husband and I started having issues with our furnace about a week ago. It was blowing air, but it just wasn't heating the home. Our Nest/Google system recommended a "reputable company" to come and check everything out. We have, what I would consider, a middle-aged furnace (about 7 years old) and have not had any issues with it until now. After looking at our system for about 10 minutes he quoted me nearly $2,000 for replacement parts and labor. This seems like way too much to spend before getting another opinion. I called Buckner the same day and they were able to come in the afternoon, about 2.5 hours later. Super friendly and gave me a 15-minute heads up before they arrived. Within 20 minutes they came up and said it was good to go. There was carbon buildup on the flame sensor... that was it. About $114 total including the diagnostic charge. Before they even left, I felt a difference and could feel warm air coming into the house. They also took the time to educate me on how it worked and why this happens so that we could watch for a similar issue in the future. Before shelling out your home's savings fund, get a second opinion. Or just call Buckner first. Would absolutely recommend this company!!
I recently had a problem with my furnace, and being a long term client on a contract I called Buckner's. At the time it was 9 degrees outside. They were able to send a service tech Scott out within an hour and he was able to diagnose and temporarily fix the problems to provide heat until a new unit could be ordered and installed. Yesterday, they removed the old system and replaced it with a new furnace and Air Conditioner. The service men Shawn, Gary, and Austin were very efficient, polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the products. They made sure that both my wife and myself were comfortable in operating the equipment. While here they found a problem with my humidifier and took care of that as well. I couldn't be happier with the service I received While a new system is not inexpensive I felt that I received a good price from Buckner's. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of heating/cooling repair or purchase. Bill Moberly, Liberty, MO.
My wife and I, after interviewing a number of companies for the purpose of installing a new furnace and A/C unit, decided to go with Buckner's Heating and Cooling and are we so happy that we did. The installation took about a day and a half, all done is cold, snowy weather. Troy, Ian and Max were our installers and they did a fantastic job. They were happy to answer every question we threw at them, were polite, clean and professional. I certainly would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
It's difficult to find good workmanship and customer service these days. Max and Ian were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. It was an all day install of new furnace and ac unit. Thank you to Buckner Heating & Cooling, I look forward to doing future business.
Used Buckners for 16 years in our old house. Used their maintenance program and at one point purchased an entirely new system - always above and beyond service. Then moved to new home with new heating and cooling so got a bit lax with the maintenance but decided after four years it was time. When I called Mike remembered me; the tech Scott was efficient, neat and respectful of our home. It was just like we never left! So glad our heating and cooling is back under their care😊
