My air conditioner went out on a Friday night and I called A.D. Heating & Air Services on Saturday morning. Desmond came out an hour later; diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed 30 minutes later for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.
They were able to come by same day and took a thorough look at everything, even after finding and addressing the problem. They are professional, have great attitudes, and they work fast. They even gave me advice on how to change thermostats myself in the future! Thanks for keeping us cool this summer!

We have had this company since 2016 and they are a Great bunch of guys that do a very good job. Anytime we call and are in need of work to be done they are here to make sure we are happy, we diffently recommend this company. When Demond and the other guys are here they are professional, respectful, and always have a smile and friendly and ready to answer any & all questions. I could not have been more satisfied with this company. First, the workers showed up and ready to work at the time they said they would begin. Everyone worked until the work was completed without playing around, joking or taking an excessive amount of breaks. The owner walked around and made sure that everything was to his satisfaction, even having his workers make adjustments to wiring and pipes that I would never have paid attention too. For the cost, quality of work and timeliness, you would be hard pressed to fine better service. I highly recommend them!!
Our furnace threw craps on one of the coldest days. Bob Hamilton wanted 1500 to fix it on a 50/50 chance that it would fix the problem a new furnace was $4,500. Called them on a wing and a prayer hoping someone could come out that day they did and fixed the furnace with spare parts. Nothing short of amazing work and for a much more reasonable price. Worth every penny and much much more.
When we got home from out of town, 4th of July weekend, our AC was not working. I called A.D. Heating and Air Service LLC the following morning at 0700. They answered the phone first call and got me an appointment same day. They showed up on time and were very thorough when diagnosing the problem. I was then told what the issue was and given a very reasonable quote. The person fixing my AC ran to get the part promptly and fixed the AC! I am a newer home owner and have recently had a lot of issues getting honest work without all the hassles so I was very impressed with how A.D. managed their business. Thank you so much! Will definitely use again if needed!

I called A.D. Heating and Air this morning shortly before 8am when it was 3 degrees outside. I didn't expect anyone to get to my house anytime soon, but within an hour, Demond showed up ready to work. He assessed the problem right away, had the spare part in his van, and got my furnace fixed in under an hour. He was AWESOME! Professional, polite, so nice, and he didn't try to fix anything that wasn't broken. Ten stars out of five for the service provided. So happy to have stumbled across Demond and his business!! Will definitely use again, and will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
They were on time, very professional, timely installs/repairs, cleaned up afterwards, using quality equipment. Was very impressed with their work and kindness. Best company ever. Have referred them to several customers and will continue to do so.
Desmond was amazing!!!! He double checked the work of a couple other specialist and he figured out how to fix my AC the same day and saved me a ton of money! He is definitely looking out for the customer rather than his own pockets like the other places do. He is honest and trustworthy. As a single mom of 3 kids, I really appreciate him taking the time to double check the work of others, saving money i needed to use for something else, and being so kind and straightforward with me. I know who I will tell everyone to go to for their AC/heating needs! Thank you soooo much! You have no idea how much my family appreciates you!

They were very quick to respond and fit me into their schedule. They did a great job with install and wanted to make sure everything was good before they left. Then when I had a problem with the warranty company paying me for almost a year Demond took time out of his schedule to personally call the warranty company to make sure that they were going to do what they were supposed to do. He went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate him.
The guy never showed up. I called and asked for a diagnosis and he told me he would come that Friday and never showed or called. If your looking for HVAC, seek somewhere else because I asked if he was certified and he never showed.
You guys reading this review have to understand Im in the same industry. I have merely half the time Demond does, and Ive got just at a decade. He didnt try to swindle me, he showed up and contacted me as he promised, and his prices are outrageously fair. He was honest, and we had him come in to double check another company's work. Not only did he give me a true diagnosis of the problem, he warned me given some of the outlying circumstances, he may only be putting a bandaid on the system. Integrity at its finest. We pushed ahead, and time will tell if things will hold together, but if they dont, I'll be sure he gets my money again. Broken down simpler, he was on time, patient, knowledgeable and offered multuple solutions. This man provides legendary service.

After a particularly cold week when our heater just couldn't keep our house warm, Demond made it out and saved the day. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem that day, and offered his advice and years of wisdom on any other topic I asked him about while there. He even called later in the day to make sure our temperatures were still ok and we were doing well. Will definitely be consulting with him for future projects in the house for our heating and cooling needs.
One of the best companies, nicest people, and best customer service you can get. I had an outstanding AC unit issue and due to insurance needed it done this week at the beginning of winter. No questions asked, they came out to my house to take pictures, got me a quote, set up the appointment, and got it taken care of quicker than I ever imagined. Very communicative throughout the entire process. Walked me through everything I needed and offered follow-up. Demond and crew is the best you can ask for! ever since demond and crew installed my new furnace/ac back on 2012 all is well and yearly maintainence inspection with lower bills, and quite reasonable prices, i highly recomend A.D. services
Mr. Ammons delivered on his company's promise to provide "Quality and Personalized Service at a Price You Can't Refuse". All the boxes were checked for Quality, Value, Responsiveness and Punctuality. I arrived home around 5:30PM on August 19, 2019 to find my AC not working. The heat index was 105 degrees! I called A.D. Heating & Air Service and explained my situation. A technician arrived within 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed and running within an hour. As an FYI, this was not my first rodeo dealing with an AC issue. The price quoted was very fair and equitable beating the competition based upon my experience. I highly recommend this company for your Heating/Air Conditioning Service and Repairs.
