Our AC went out and A B May was able to send someone the same day. My technician's name was Derek Feekes and he did a 5 star job. The cost of the replacement motor seemed really high but didn't have a choice at that point.

I will never use ABMay again. Our AC went out Monday, July 3rd, the tech didn’t have the part and had to order it. We have a family member that just had major back surgery and we were told since we had a medical emergency we’d be put on the top of the list. The part came in July 5th but we wouldn’t have known if we hadn’t of made the call to ABMay to ask. They said they’d come out sometime, no guarantee when on July 6th. After 2 calls today we find out we were never even added to the callout list for today and now it’ll be July 7th before they can come out. Once again no guarantee on what time of day. Worst service we’ve ever had from a company.

Ebony and the administrator clearly communicated her arrival and she was right on time. Ebony listened while I explained my issue then let me know what she thought the problem was and how she would fix it and the probable cost. She quickly fixed the drain issue, made sure there was no mess and even had time to give my dogs the attention they were craving (lol)! Ebony was professional and efficient. I haven't encountered many female plumbers but as a woman, seeing her immediately put me at ease- I hope more women follow in her footsteps.

The technician came out he was very thorough I had a great experience I think anybody with a heating and cooling issue would not be going wrong in calling a b may. Their great came out I'm the timeframe I had before I went to work and it took only a few minutes for him to diagnose the problem overall I give them five stars.

We didn’t know we had an appointment. I call as soon as I got a text and told them not to come. He showed up anyway and said it was to repair a dryer. We don’t have a dryer problem. I called you office back upset you showed up anyway when I said don’t come. And I still have not heard anything from you guys.

I would give the technicians ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but the office staff, the people that answer the phones and the management in the office is what got them one star. They're unorganized, none of them are on the same page, they don't give you correct information, and they have zero communication skills. I was told once that my home warranty covered my refrigerator and when the technician showed up he told me it was not covered. They installed a brand new HVAC system into a house that I had just purchased. Two weeks into living there, the AC quit working. I was scheduled on the Saturday for them to come out to fix it. As the day ticked away, I called several times to double-check that the technician was still coming and they reassured me that he was. He never showed up and I ended up having to make another appointment. AC. June. HOT. If it breaks again before a normal lifetime of an HVAC system, I will get a lawyer. Needless to say I did not renew my home warranty with ABMay.
